Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near the beach, night markets, and local attractions. The staff and service are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Many guests enjoy the pools and the overall atmosphere of the property. Breakfast is often mentioned as varied and satisfying. However, some reviews note that parts of the hotel and rooms are dated and could use renovation, and there are occasional comments about noise and minor cleanliness issues.
