Pros: The Owners are exceptional and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean and tidy. I really appreciate all they did for and for making my stay enjoyable.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like!!!!

Pros: Location, clean , comfortable, quiet and importance friendliness of the owners. It is rare where someone meets you and takes you to the unit. For years now you check in and get given the key. Loved the personal touch and Wally and Marie are just the best. Thank you 😊

Pros: The owner who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. This was a great start to our stay and really set the tone. We only stayed for one quick night so not much else to relay but would definitely stay again.

Pros: Friendly welcome with lots of useful tourist information.

Cons: Our room lost internet about 10 pm on the first night of stay. Middle of a movie!

Cons: Position of shared outside table and chairs outside our room window not ideal with neighbours talking loudly right outside our window.

Pros: Lovely big comfortable bed with crisp white sheets plus there is a choice of lighter/heavier weighted bed covers. There is also a selection of comfortable pillows to choose from. Nice clean towels etc. Our motel was light and airy and spotlessly cleaned. The kitchenette was adequately equipped. The staff and Isabel (the Manager) are only too happy to help should you require assistance.

Cons: Only one aspect relating to the hot water system which takes a long time to come through the taps and shower head, Also the temperature tended to fluctuate. (?- a gas water heating system.) Not a big issue but possibly worth noting. Apart from that absolutely no problems at all.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, well layed out.

Pros: Reasonably modern unit with plenty of space and comfort. Spacious bathroom with spa bath.

Cons: Traffic noise from the road, noise from the unit above, Shower was above the deep spa bath. Window reveals require some TLC. Small kitchen space.

Pros: We were fortunate to be ungraded to the two bedroom residence. Very spacious. Centrally located.

Cons: Didn't seem to be much sound insulation between rooms. Quite a lot of plumbing / pipe noise and door shutting.

Pros: We chose the hotel because of it’s location which as it turned out was a bonus as it was so central to the things we wanted to see and do. The hotel is old but in excellent condition with an ambience which engulfed us from the start. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was a great move on our part. The service was great but so relaxed and the meal itself superb. Because of this we decided to have breakfast at the hotel too and again it was the right decision. Tom and Rose, as managers, put in the extra mile to ensure everything was as good as can be. We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would stay again should we ever find ourselves in Invercargill.

Cons: Nothing though a shower cubicle instead of a shower over the bath would be nice but hardly insurmountable.

Pros: Room was very nice & beautifully clean. Nice stay. Breakfast was very nice. Staff in a bit of a flap owing to the table service. They normally do a buffet style. Covid 19 required the change. All acceptable under the circumstances.

Pros: Modern rooms in historic hotel. Close to central Invercargill.

Pros: Our hosts were wonderfully accomodating and helpful. They helped us plan the remainder of our trip giving helpful info on where to travel and stay throughout NZ. Very comfortable place.

Pros: Clean, spacious apartment, comfortable beds. I liked the separate toilet from bathroom. Spa bath was awesome.

Pros: The lounge and main bedroom was generously sized and everything was clean and tidy. I didn't make use of the kitchen but it looked well equipped and the main bed was very comfortable. Location of the motel is great. A short walk into the park and a 20-30 min stroll to the main centre. We also appreciated having a good pub serving food across the road.

Cons: The 1 shared hand towel for 2 adults (not my partner) was too limiting especially during Covid-19, I expect to have my own hand and bath towel & was given 2 towels at a recent stay in a hostel! Homestead can do better here. I was looking forward to a relaxing soak in the giant spa bath but the triangle shape was actually awkward to sit in.

Pros: Location, thoughtfulness of staff, comfortable bed, cleanliness and eating recommendations.

Cons: Small room, bathroom had a nasty smell and would like more milk - other places are much more generous with milk. Would like ALL sky sport channels, not some, but found that the norm.

Pros: Location and services are fine. It's top of the range, reasonable cost, good services. I'm full noise when I'm there. Believe me, I'm happy.

Pros: I was highly surprised on arriving that Asure townsman motor lodge offered Netflix at free of charge, it was so handy to have as sky tv repeats the same movies. Other motels I have stayed at made me pay an additional price for sky tv and also Wifi, yet with ASURE it was all free of charge. The people who were working there were so helpful in all manners as it was my first time to the area. I highly recommend anyone to use their services

Pros: The property was in a very nice location next door to Queens Park. Very clean throughout. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: This is an older property and could benefit from some updating of furnishings

Pros: Location is quiet and near the Queens Park Gardens. The facilities are older however our unit had an excellent kitchen and was comfortable. The service is prompt and very good. Definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Pros: All of the staff very extremely professional and friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant, the bar staff to the cleaning services made sure we got exactly what we needed. Stayed for 4 nights and will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Cons: I expected a secure area for my dog to run. I had stated that i was travelling with a dog and also stated he is a Samoyed so he is quite a large dog. I have travelled and stayed in motels that are "pet friendly" and always have been able to let him out into the yard without worrying about him getting out onto the road. This is not the case at this motel

Cons: The outlook was overgrown and used as a dog walk for guests dogs. The shower was a trickle. The curtains and carpet had holes. The smoke alarm was missing but replaced when we requested.

Cons: Noisy as the construction site right opposite of the hotel. Only 1 toilet for 3 double bedrooms apartment.

Cons: Inside of the kitchen draws were not clean I.e it looked as though someone had scrapped their burnt toast in there.. oh and the draw doesn't open fully as it hits the hotel room door preventing it from opening.
