Pros (+) Close to the super, the market where you can get Jeepneys to various locations. Value accomidation - good for a night no frill stay. May rent again if I am in the location. Did not see any cockroaches!!!!
Cons (-) The plumbing is very old. No hot water, soap. You have to leave key at reception when you go out. Towel looked pretty old though clean. Restaurant seems to be quiet on Monday morning. Air conditioning in the room tolerable.
