Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transportation. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the spaciousness of some rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of staff, poor communication, and difficulties with the self-check-in process. Cleanliness was also an issue for several guests, with reports of unclean rooms and maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were highlights, service and cleanliness need improvement.
