Pros (+) The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with our issues. The beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The first two rooms w were assigned.....one the temperature controls did not work and the other smelled like many nights of smoke...in a non-smoking facility. We were satisfied with our second placements. Our entire party saw the place as a little sketchy. Not unsafe, just....sketchy.
Pros (+) Bed was super comfortable and room temperature was great. Also really liked the dispenser type shampoo and conditioner that were eco friendly
Pros (+) Got to sleep in, breakfast was decent.. kinda basic n cheap, but it was ok. Staff was nice, except the lady at the front desk, she was so rude when I asked a simple question for the newspaper!

I am a Gold IHG Rewards Club Member and am pretty unhappy with their indifferent attitude towards their customers. I have NEVER had a problem like this before, hence my continued patronage to their hotel chain... so I'm not sure if ...
