Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast variety, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the airport. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and noted that rooms were generally clean. However, some guests reported issues with cleanliness in specific rooms, malfunctioning amenities, and occasional lapses in service, such as shuttle scheduling and communication. The pool being out of service and minor maintenance issues were also mentioned. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
