Close vicinity to the centre of Burgas 1St . I paid more for the hotel than stated by Booking.com. Hotel said this was due to exchange rate change. Even though I paid in euros! This was a con. I was told to pay for 2 towels I used they would not clean. I refused to pay for these. Gym equipment in very poor condition.

It was clean and tidy, except old and dirty carpet in the room Some of the hotel staff was very rude.The girl who was on reception during the evening/night on 16th of August was very rude. She took our passports on the first day and told us she'll not return untill we'll pay.It's ridiculous and against the law.Also the internet service was included in the price but she try to charge us.It was another staff on reception on 17th of August and it was no problem

You have a portier,Svetlio or something like thet. If yuo have more like him... Gratulations, your hotell would be perfect The stab who ignorde us even that we tryd to explaion our problem in "bodylaundwich)
