Pros (+) Very clean, the staff very friendly and willing to help, the breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The staff could use some information about the neighborhood, the nearby shops, resources (calls, Internet, photocopy, shops etc) and about the city; they don't know what's around, what resources they have nearby.
