Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location in the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some reported issues with management or specific employees. The main complaint is the high noise level at night due to live music, nearby bars, and the hotel's restaurant, which often made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it limited or repetitive. The pool is frequently mentioned as decorative or unusable, with restricted hours and little opportunity for relaxation. Cleanliness and room comfort were generally satisfactory, but some guests experienced issues with room size, air conditioning, or cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and atmosphere, but noise and some service aspects detract from the experience.
