Pros:
Roomy old house with two doubles and two twin singles. Big lounge and dining area and well equipped kitchen. Great location at the top of Jetty Rd with alll of its attractions in walking distance and the tram to Adelaide only a block away. Laundry (shared) on site. Two bathroom/toilets. Quiet despite its location on busy Brighton Rd. Courtyard with lounges at the rear and an outdoor table and chairs on the huge verandas at the front.
Cons:
Live to have a BBQ! Air conditioning may be tested by high temperatures but we didn’t need it.

Pros:
The location was perfect and the unit itself lovely and comfortable. I loved the bathroom. Maybe the bed was a bit narrow for two people but I was travelling alone so the double was adequate for one. It was beautifully firm.
Cons:
I would suggest that screens could be put on the windows. I like to open windows but when I did an insect would present itself. Also leave instructions for the microwave. It’s position under the bench made operation difficult. I had to get down on my arthritic knees to work things out. It really was in an awkward place.

Maybe another towel each as we stayed 6 nights, and visitor info on facilities would be helpful. Our one small dish cloth also was inadequate for a week long stay. Staff we met were very polite and friendly and a convenient location to stay thank you.

Pros:
Unit was really cosy & had all the amenities you needed. The courtyard was really relaxing & private. Proximity to Shops / Beach & Restaurants - was the best. Owner Connie was so pleasant & accommodating to all your needs.
Cons:
Bed a little hard & small ( Double ) Queen would have been better. In saying that, i believe they are dong some renovations in a few months & are upgrading to Queen size beds as well.
