The bed and pillows were great and comfortable. The front desk person accommodated our request for a quiet room. The paid parking was a surprise; that wasn't mentioned in the booking. Overall a good stay.

Love the hotel, the history of the architecture, the location loved the Riverview. The staff was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice. My only request would be that I was surprised they didn’t have more amenities in the room. they don't have Apple iPhone charging cable on the frontdesk and the in-room desk and bedside table has ZERO USB-A port for iPhone charging. Plenty of power sockets though but unfortunately it doesn't work for me due to forgetting the power adapter.
