Pros: I LOVE THIS HOTEL... but I was disappointed this time. It is located in the best shopping center in town, the breakfast is delicious and services is courteous. Linen and towels are of very good size and quality.

Cons: As we were just spend one night, we did not need our usual big room. We stayed in a smaller room where the mattresses was not as good, the shower was not as good.

Pros: Cleaningness.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing! So much choice, the staff is ultra friensly and super helpful, the cleaners dis such an amazing job and the experienxe was just great!

Cons: The bottled water could be a bit cheaper, quite difference with supermarker prices for the same water, and you need to drink bottled water as tap water is not 100% safe

Pros: The location is very good, just some meters to Center Shopping. Room is the standard for Ibis, some place for your luggage, small desk.

Cons: Besides being in the chain standard, the room was infested with ants, with was really annoying

Pros: I liked the property being so close to Mercure where my friends wedding party was at. I like the cleaning service and the elevators.

Cons: I didn’t like the reception because the employees were careless, they were talking loud while the guy was checking us in plus the parking is strange!

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The receptionists' treatment also was very good. The hotel staff was very polite and prestative.

Cons: The lights were not appriate to read and working with computer.

Cons: CLEANING IN GENERAL, IN THE SHOWER WITH MANY BLACK STAINS ON THE EDGES OF THE GLASSES, BED LINEN WITH STRANGE SMELLING. ROOM FRIDGE IS EMPTY, NOT EVEN WATER !!!
