Hotels near Tepic airport

Pros: The owners are very polite and amazing people. The location and the rooms are simply fantastic. I'd recommend to all people who wants to have an amazing stay in Tepic

Cons: Was not too happy to learn that they would charge you more when another person stays. If the room is already paid for, why add fees when one more person spends the night? That makes no sense and it seems like a way to get more money out of you. Otherwise, great hotel.

Pros: The staff was great in explaining the payment method and in the morning the front desk guy called us an Uber who took us to the airport on time! There was some remodeling noise, but they stopped at a good time to sleep and relax. will be back for sure.

Pros: Good Location, i can’t complain i was not expecting it to blow my mind. It’s a good place since it’s close to everything just needed a bed, hardly spent time in the actual room. Over all good stay we’ll be returning back here.

Cons: Out Dated, however this was expected. No biggie. Water pressure is low just turn it all the way up so the hot water can run faster. Pretty much it.

Pros: Great location and an easy walk to the main plaza and church. Lots of little stores for shopping. On site parking was a plus for me but one must get there early as there is limited space.

Cons: Hotel is on a busy street with a bus pickup spot across the street. Could be noisy for some late sleepers.

Pros: For the cost per night , this place is a ripoff. I paid around $44-45 dollars per night. I liked nothing about this property. I have never given a rating this low. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Cons: There were people running up and down the hallway most of the night. Music was blaring from the rooms with laughter and playing. Management didn’t appear to be kind and patient.

Cons: Still needs some renovations to a couple of items inside the room. Our tub was clogged. Doors didn't close right. Needs more lighting in rooms and better remotes to the TVs.

Cons: The hotel is located in the nightclub area. The hotel also has 2 halls for events (weddings, graduation parties, etc.) Avoid staying there on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays as it is extremely loud on these nights. I made a reservation for 7 nights, from June 12 until June 18th, 2019. I paid up front for all the nights. Halfway through my stay I had to change rooms because of a non working toilet. In the new room the toilet didn't flush either so I was given a plunger to manage but it was impossible to get it to flush. I was offered a new room but I wanted to check the toilet first. It didn't flush correctly either. I believe the pipes may have been clogged as the shower was clogged as well. Wi-Fi didn't work for 24 hours so I asked for a compensation as I was not able to connect to the internet and do my work but the staff told me Wi-Fi was not included in the rate (it says "free Wi-Fi" on Booking.com), so they were not committed to provide it as it was "free". I still had one night to go but decided to change hotels and asked for a refund for this last night. I left the property on the 18th of June and am still waiting for the transfer. The administrator told me they would transfer my money back on the 19th but as I am writing this on June 20th the manager Verónica Cázares is nowhere to be found and does not answer calls or messages. Very disappointed with the attention of the manager. The rest of the staff was friendly but could not make major decisions unless checking in with the manager who is nowhere to be found and nobody knows her schedule. Check future reviews before booking here. There are similar priced and nice hotels in the area and sometimes by wanting to remain within your budget things can work out more expensive in the end.
