Pros: The place is amazing, the flowers so beautiful, and the staff more than professional, they took care if better than family. The manger, the breakfast team, thé car drivers all are more than excellent !

Pros: Quiet and calm holiday. Big and wonderful territory with palms, gardens and cozy paths to walk around. The villa with pool is spacious, the bed is comfy. All staff we met were very hospitable. Especially I would like to highlight Hussein, he was very attentive and friendly during our breakfasts and dinners in Arabesque. Also I would like to thank Mohamed, the life guard on sea platform, for useful tips about snorkeling and parasailing, the Asian lady from the shop for being nice person, the man who watered the garden in front of our villa with whom we had great small talk every morning. Unlikely you will read this, but you guys are wonderful!

Cons: Slightly dusty, possibly due to a construction nearby.

Pros: We loved everything about this resort. The staff and service we received was beyond exceptional. Hotel was very clean, we stayed all inclusive, which allowed us to eat in all of the restaurants, the food was very nice. The swim up pool was nice and clean and warm.

Pros: The friendly staff, we were very happy with how welcoming and nice they are. Location, sea view, food were marvelous. The Resort and landscape are tidy, very well decorated, always clean, everything is brand new and so chilling. Never seen such generosity and friendly staff as we have experienced in Coral Sea hotel. Can't forget specially Mr. Hesham Ragab the reservation manager how professional and respectful he is, Mr. Salah the restaurant manager and ALL chiefs how friendly and kind they are I want to thank them all. It was my first visit but for sure won't be the last.

Pros: Place was very nice and clean. They upgraded our room choice as a gift. Staff were very friendly, thanks to Mr. Afifi from reception. Housekeeping was very good and respond immediately. Kids club was very nice kids really enjoyed with Mrs. Mariam. Excursion department was great many thanks to Mr. Mohammed (Mido) for his suggestions we really enjoyed our journey. And thanks to animation team specifically for mini disco. Thank you all.

Pros: Honestly this hotel is one of the best I had stayed in and surely will go back again Starting from Check in everything was smooth and easy We got free room upgrade to Sea View which was really wonderful As regards food quality it was very nice in all meals , Snacks were also delicious Special thanks to Mr Amr from Main Restaurant, Mr Walid from room service, Mr Islam , Mr Ahmed & Mr Ibrahim from Main Bar in the lobby and Mr Shaaban from reception desk. The hotel has amazing advantage which is the sea is next to the pool and rooms so all what you need is infront of you. Pros: After raising a complaint about the food quality, it changed 180°. Food was excellent afterwards, the stay was awsome, staff very friendly specially Morsy from the pool bar and Romany from the main restaurant were very helpful and friendly. At the reception we asked to upgrade our room to sea view, they gave us the upgrade to a bigger room woth sea view free of charge.

Cons: Needed a lot of asking around to find out about the animation team activities and the food on the first night wasn't good

Pros: I loved every bit if this hotel it is so nice and clean and the staff at the reception are lovely kind and friendly i had a bit of problem when i arrived for check in as i had booked my holiday package through teletext holidays and they did not inform the hotel about my reservation so the hotel let us stay the first night for free till we got this sorted as we was in a very stuck situation thanks to teletext holidays 😐 Never book through them! Anyways this hotels pool was lovely and the scenery overall, we had a front sea view room the view was amazing 🤩

Pros: Staff- all staff members went out of their way to make sure our visit was memorable and enjoyable. Big shout out to reception staff who were just the best and sorted everything I asked straight away. Thank you, will be back to see you all soon. Cleanliness- Hotel was cleaned constantly, grounds were well kept well maintained. Rooms- cleaner couldn't do enough for us, and left lovely towel art everyday. Beach- was clean and sunbeds were plentiful, dive club on the beach, they weren't the cheapest but very knowledgeable and made sure my diving was relevant to my level, snorkeling was poor from hotel beach. Diving was great as you are located directly across from Tiran Island, where you can find some brilliant sites such as the famous Jackson reef. Food/drinks- make sure you have the drinks package when booking this hotel through booking.com if you want alcohol. Again everyone from the chef to the bar staff was just amazing and ensured food was good, table service made you feel like you was royalty as he couldn't do enough for us. Animation team- kids and adults are kept entertained throughout your stay with cocktail classes, quizzes and dancing 💃 exercise classes

Cons: Internet in hotel is poor, but they supported us to sort this, the best way the could.

Cons: We had a really great stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing the hotel might want to improve is the internet. If you want to work and study during your days off it will be a little challenge. but all in all we think that it is a fantastic hotel with great staff.

Pros: The setting, the beach, the view of Tiran Island across the crystal sea water in so many blue shades. The Spa is first class too. Every member of the staff was so nice, kind and helpful. Special mention to Mr Ahmed and Mr Hamed at the front desk and Gogo for looking after our room with so much attention and passion for the job. Well done team!

Cons: Not all waiting staff could speak good English so at times hard to make yourself understood whilst ordering food/portion in the restaurant.

Pros: It's located near the SOHO Square shopping/dining area which used to be lively and people from other hotels used to go there, but it's somewhat empty during the covid times

Cons: The swimming area is not big, you cannot swim outside of the designated area because the yachts pass nearby. The reef is not very interesting, so if you choose your hotel based on the reef experience, this surely should not be your choice The rooms are quite far from the sea, there is only one restaurant working during the covid

Calmness and class in every way. The lack of tilps from tourists had a good effect on my vacation. I witnessed heavy rain in Sharm ... which is a real event ... I have been to Sharm 3 times :) I am a person from the hotel business and I strongly hope that the next time I visit the Savoy Ahmed Hotel again, it will be promoted. Cons: I expected more from the bufet (Swedish Table) in the main restaurant, but I accept the fact that under these conditions the Kovid-19 hotel must implement anti-epidemic measures and everything cannot be as before. The service and food in the Italian restaurant compensated for the lack of abundance in the main restaurant

Pros: I liked almost everything about this hotel. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Very few hotels serve salmon fume in breakfast buffet. Large green areas. swimming pool was crystal clear. I was granted late check out with no trouble at all.

Pros: We rested in the beginning of January of 2021. The food is diverse. There is a good fish restaraunt. If you would like to swim not only in borders of a limited zone (the underwater world is more beautiful near the Baron beach) you need to ask for help the staff on the pantone and sign the document. There are a lot of entertainments for children and adults.

Pros: All albatros hotels they have excelente service at Egypt comparing with hotels abroad I can give 10/10 I like the professional staff very friendly and always smile , food ,beach , animation team , many activates and the atmosphere is perfect with hotels views I can not say Red Sea this is diamond sea .

Cons: Sleeping rooms and bathroom dated and tired... The beer was given out in small solo cups... Everywhere economizing on food and beverage. Staff looked tired due to complaints. I would have happily paid 2x for better food and beverage service.

Pros: I had the most comfortable two weeks in this huge resort with touch of old times charm. Despite Covid everything was running so smoothly. Special thanks first of all to all staff. What a group of people ! Always smiling, always ready to serve and flexible whatever your needs are. List would be too long, so i specially want to mention Elena on reception - every hotel chain would be proud to have person like her. And Emud who took so good care of my room - i never ran out of coffee, water, clean towels eg. Thank you!

Cons: Bar hours, and the fact that there is no snacks bar. Having to eat at certain times was uncomfortable, an all inclusive hotel supposed to have food and drinks available 24 hours. Also not being able to use the cafe at the beach unless I purchase something.

Cons: although i stayed all inclusive, i was surprised that i can deal only with beach bar in the front hotel unlike all hotel extensions. they even refused to give me flame restaurant invitation mentioning that Booking.com reservations has no right. all inclusive does not include room kettle and its supplies, can you imagine!!! receptionists are unfriendly and kept saying contradicting info. the trip to/from the beach consumes at least 20 minutes. room towels are unclean for 3 consecutive nights. air conditioning was not working and took them one full day just to tell me that i have to change room beach extremely full of insects

Cons: 1-room AC was broken after changing the room for 3 times each one has an issue like ( bad bathroom smeel, away from the beach, has 2 beds not one large bed, etc...). 2- the towels was not clean and one of them has cutting all over it, and i told the receptionist about all this stuff and nothing happen or changed. 3- there was no snacks at any time while we arr charged for all inclusive not full board. 4- the drinks quality was very bad (soft drinks)

Pros: A unique location - a good beach with a view of the Tiran Island and 100 meters from the Soho Square. An excellent front end staff (Nina, Ira, Mohamed, Lyuda and many others), who organised two great celebrations and our enjoyable stay in general.
