Pros: Lovely spacious clean apartment, an easy walk to many restaurants and the foreshore areas, and walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly too. All in all a great place to stay!

Cons: The pool area could do with an update but it's still a lovely bonus to have a pool so not a major issue.

Cons: Bedroom with 2 single beds was very small. TV should be up higher maybe mounted on the wall. Car park too small parks not easy to get into.

Pros: Being on the top floor with great views of the water, and surrounding area. Spa-bath but unfortunately we didn’t manage to use it. Next time!! Big balcony, spacious living area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved it so we will be back!!

Pros: Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could want. The balcony was big and view was lovely.

Pros: Neat and tidy, good location. The owner was so welcoming, also gave great restaurant recommendations. Service was exceptional, will definitely stay again. We went on a very busy weekend, there was a sporting event on which we weren’t aware of, this was no problem, but the owner gave us a beautiful wine from the local vineyard for the room being more expensive. It rained the entire time we were there, but the room and amazing recommendations made it worth while.

Pros: I must say one of the staff members was really helpful. Our remote didn't work and he was so nice and helpful and managed to get us a new one.

Cons: Seriously over 300aud per night for this?? The room was really cheap looking, the bathroom was really old, stains on the carpet and sofa. Old fashioned kettle with cheap instant coffee and cheapest teas. Our room had 3 beds but no space for dining table or even 2 chairs. We booked suite thinking, the room will be spacious. And river view?? It should be called swimming pool view with lots of noise until late hours. Can't believe this place has 4 stars.

Cons: For $500 on the room was tiny and very ordinary, lots of bugs (flies in the bathroom, bitey bugs in the room and pool area), lots of noise as our room was just off the lobby. First I complained about noise on Sat night I was given an explanation of what the group was celebrating (???). The front desk staff were very young - it took three calls to finally get some peace after midnight. The next morning I signed out a day early and asked for a refund. 30 min later the same person from the front desk came by to question the refund! I reminded her about the noise complaints and she backed off even though my husband said he overheard the staff give a refund for someone (male) leaving early because of the rain no questions asked... Don’t like paying in full up front. There’s no incentive to provide good service. There was no cot available for our daughter so the staff advised to go to Kmart and get our own inflatable. They offered a pump which didn’t work.

Cons: bathroom was very poorly designed, too small and not practical for two friends travelling together. Toilet was hard to use without bumping into shower glass panel. Would not stay in this type of room for more than an overnight stay.

Cons: For $1080 for 2 nights accommodation my wife and I thought was way over priced for the room we had over looking the car park. We have stayed in accommodation with similar features for half what we paid here, we were expecting so much more of the room. Maybe if I was over looking the water with a spa in the room I could have justified, but when we opened the door we felt ripped off. In saying this we still did enjoy our stay but for the price our expectations were much higher as this stay was for my 50th birthday and wanted something really special 😩

Pros: It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the baywalk. I was surprised and enjoyed the bath tub in the living area. Balcony to loath and hang around to

Cons: Parking was abit tight when fully booked, but I understand that it was to maximise the space for rooms and amenities.

Pros: The location of the motel is good - close to cafes and shopping as well as the beach and outdoors. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The check in staff were lovely.

Cons: The parking was very difficult. We could get into our parking front first only as there was no where to turn around. This meant that we would have to reverse down a ramp to get out of the parking near our room. The sheets seemed very tired and whilst they may well have been clean didn't feel that way. The room was so small, much smaller than I expected - maybe this had a lot to do with the high price we paid for the 3 nights. I had expected maybe a few more items such as a microwave or cutlery etc. Overall we just didn't really enjoy being in the room and with so much rain it made our stay a little miserable.

Pros: Very clean and decent sized rooms. Located in the centre of town and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Well appointed irons and extra blankets in each room.

Cons: Small thing, but USB ports all throughout the room continually lose connection, causing my phone to continually flash and beep each time the port reconnected.

Pros: Everything was very comfortable and the one staff member that we did have dealings with was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy even though the weather conditions were not ideal that weekend we stayed dry and the staff made sure there were no water pools or slip hazards around the motel.

Cons: Vending machine that was promoted in room folder was not working and staff didn't realize. That was the only minor glich in an otherwise comfortable stay.

Pros: From time you checked in to the time you checked out, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and good amenities supplied.
