Pros:
Good location...easy walking distance to street food,, night market, and reasonably close to train station. Wi-Fi was fine, beds comfortable, air-con quite noisy in one room so they moved me to another room easily. Bar and wood fired pizza attached if feeling lazy. Limited English spoken but the staff will do their best to help you out.
Cons:
Breakfast was toast, nothing else, but plenty of food around the area. Rooms could do with a chair.

Cons:
Cafe didn’t have coffee and three of four cocktail too, breakfast was quite poor, but if you need good bed for sleeping and bathroom for shower, it is worth staying there for that price.

Pros:
Good central location with bar and pool table downstairs. Don't arrive on Buddhist holidays as we did and miss the restaurant and good selection of beer and wine. Good beds but double rooms noisy and roomy bathroom.
Cons:
Rooms on street side are all good sized doubles but noisy. Quiet rooms are twin beds - large size but rooms are smaller. Wifi OK but limited bandwith. Breakfast was spartan with white bread, jam, filtered coffee, white sugar and coffee-mate (yuck - buy some UHT milk) Interesting breakfast - one egg (or two if you are lucky) with lightly cooked onion, tomato and greens. Very small TV too far from bed viewpoint.
