Pros:
I loved all the details in the room, the Architect did a great job!!! All you may need is there .... all is new and in perfect condition! From shampoo to coffee ... from more than enough towels to silk bedding ... plenty of unique practical lights in the bedroom!!! Will visit again for sure ... wish all the places had been designed by architects who really love beauty and pay attention to the little details!!! Grazie Mille 🙏🏽

Pros:
We traveled 4 days after the restriction on regional travel was lifted in Italy. The property was immaculate and equipped with shoe guards, and hand sanitizer at the entrance. There was no personal contact with any staff, and yet everything went very well. We were guided over the phone as to how to obtain the key to our room and enter. There was no breakfast buffet served, but we were given vouchers for caffè and cornetti at the bar around the corner. We declined housekeeping services. Overall, it was a very good experience especially for the new way in which we must all navigate the world. ,
Cons:
It appears the there is no way to adjust the room temperature. It became warm in the room at times, and with the window open it was comfortable, however the street becomes quite noisy in the last afternoon and evening, and the window must be closed to block the noise. It was a little warm therefore during the night.

Pros:
I love flowers and felt the interior design of the property suited the area, flowers give any building a soft fresh beautiful approach. I was so relaxed I overslept one morning and I received a texting wondering if I was ok. I was met with my luggage in Pescara as I had no roaming broadband to use my google maps. I have arranged with my provider to have this in future.

Pros:
Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Located near many good restaurants and bars. Short walk (approx 5 minutes) from the parking at the bus station.
Cons:
The street noise at night could be bothersome. You definitely need to keep the windows closed.

Pros:
It was clean
Cons:
When I research the property it said there was parking. When I got there I found out the parking was at least a quarter of a mile away. The property was on the second floor access only by stairs. when I was going down the stairs at night the hall light turned off and I slipped and fell. When I turn the light off in the room I received a message that I turned it off the wrong way. Big Brother is watching me. Or in this case the owner.

Pros:
Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Pescara. The rooms are above a lively side-street with some very cool and cosy bars. Try Cava Bar directly under the hotel for a superb Negroni. Our room was clean and comfortable, with designer touches. As soon as you close the window and shutters the noise of the street disappears. I had the best sleep in ages. Breakfast is typically Italian with good coffee and some savoury options (cheese, salumi, bread) and of course CAKE. Would definitely stay here again.
