Pros: Everything was amazing staff, location, the place itself. We will definitely be back!!

Pros: The location was perfect for our family. We loved having the park in front of the property and being able to walk to our favorite restaurants. Also, Fabian made us feel at home. He was very kind and accommodating.

Pros: The room was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Breakfast on the patio was a very nice touch and I really appreciated all the attention to detail and the hospitality of the host. 10/10, I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area and I will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Pros: The grounds are so lovely with beautiful and well manicured landscaping. You'll find orchids and bougainvilleas throughout the premises. The rooms are quaint and each room has a balcony/terrace. The parking is easy on Lake avenue. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient.

Cons: We happen to be there during a cold period. The only heat was a very small portable heater we used in the bathroom. It helped in the bedroom as well. Although there were cooking pans, some cooking oil/spray would have been very useful.

Pros: The property and room were outstanding. Very comfortable and very roomy. Unfortunately what appears to be Section 8 housing is between the hotel and the outlet stores. Those who chose to walk like us, may feel uncomfortable and won’t want to do it after dark.

Cons: The staff appeared untrained and customer service was non-existent. Upon arrival, we asked about the loaner bikes. The clerk admitted he was being trained and didn’t know. He said he would call our room when he got an answer. He never called. The next day there was very little for breakfast when we were told there was going to be eggs, waffles and sausage. We brought this up to the front desk clerk and she said the woman was working alone and couldn’t handle it. We ended going out for breakfast instead. This lowered our “value” review.

This was the going price for the same room if you walk in off the street. It is really upsetting that I thought I had a good deal via kayak but in reality I was charged an additional $33. So, check your prices with the hotel directly. It might be a better deal. $33 in fees for using kayak seem a bit high to me

But was told by front desk agent couches don't pull out into a bed. Feel like I definitely WASTED MY MONEY and won't stay there again.

Cons: I am asthmatic and I could not sleep all night do to the fact that the room was very stuffy and I am high allergic to feathers which the pillows were made out of. The air did not circulate,so after just 6 hours we decided to leave the place.

I lived in West Palm for many years and still had a time finding the entrance.

Cons: No character, just an ordinary hotel. Found hair in bathroom and the bathroom shower knob didn’t work properly so I had to get the tub ready by shower and the tub was shallow so no soaking after a long drive. Wasn’t impressed.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for the Sunfest festival held on the waterfront in downtown West Palm Beach. I loved that hotel offered free shuttle service to/from the festival at any time between 10 am and 12:20 pm. This meant we could come & go as we pleased without having to wait more than 10-15 for a shuttle. We also utilized the free shuttle service to Cityplace for a nice dinner out as well. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly & pleasant (front desk clerks, breakfast servers, shuttle drivers, and bartenders). Also, we liked the free happy hour from 5-7 each night and the amazing free breakfast. The breakfast wasn't your standard cereal, yogurt, toast breakfast either, but made-to-order omelets, pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, etc. So to summarize, we got free shuttle service, free breakfast, and free drinks at happy hour, all while dealing with an enjoyable staff and a beautiful room. We'll be coming back next year for sure!

Pros: From the time I arrived and checked in everything went just fine. The first person I met was Steve Benananti who checked me in. That's the handshake and sets the tone for the whole stay. He was extremely pleasant, very helpful in that he told me exactly where to go to get the things I needed. Very efficient and professional and went out of his was to make someone traveling alone feel right at home. I'm a little hard of hearing and can tend to play the TV a little loud at night, sometimes disturbing other guests so he put me in a perfect spot where everyone was happy. Great ambassador for this franchise

Cons: I wasn't thrilled with the "Breakfast Bag" instead of a regular breakfast. A packet of instant oatmeal, a muffin and a granola bar is not my idea of a "Free Continental Breakfast", and especially not at $136.00. The room price should have been adjusted as that was the one thing that bothered me and kept this rating from a "Very Good" instead of a "Good". Traveling alone I look forward to a nice hot breakfast in the morning, getting out of the room, having some eggs and bacon. What I don't expect is to be handed a brown paper bag when I arrive for breakfast. If that had been mentioned when I checked in I would have stayed at another hotel, you would too. Whoever made this call made a huge mistake. There was an IHOP right on the property, which I took advantage of, but had to spend additional money, didn't leave a good impression. A very accommodating check-in employee is not going to overshadow a "Breakfast Bag", especially when you've paid for a Continental Breakfast, it's being charged double, not a good look. From now on this will be a standard question when booking a room.

Pros: Very comfortable bed

Cons: Our room was on the second floor, the guest on the third floor (room above us) checked in at 12:00 pm and we heard every step they took. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep that night! The hotel needs to put a sound barrier between floors!

Pros: I really don't like this hotel .

Cons: There is only one elevator and it was not working when I was checking out. I had to fetch my suitcase down. How can the run a business and when ithere is not an alternative.

Cons: Booked a standard room (2 fulls/queens) for four people and got one kindg bed. Our room booked was not available - for whatever reasons unknown. When I asked for cots/roll-aways, we were told they dont have any.

Pros: Well sized room has a comfortable bed, and the tv screen was an acceptable size. Have to admit having had to switch to thebAuality Inn at the last minute because our prior arranged hotel hand cancelled our booking we were delighted by how accomodating they were at such short notice.

Cons: Lack of pillows and the fact housekeeping missed out our room twice during our 6 night stay. It’s not that i have anything against making my bed, but when you’re attending an event like Business Mastery sometimes the only thing you want to do is collapse into a freshly made bed on your return to your room.

Cons: Unfortunately we were travelling with a group of co-worker/friends and had made the reservation for rooms with two beds. Arrived and they only had one room with two beds. The reception person was very courteous and I felt bad for her since she could see we were supposed to have all two bed rooms, but they had given them away already. Several people in my group were very upset and one person ended up sleeping in the car.

Cons: Place is cockroach infected, no hot water, beds are uncomfortable, smell was disgusting.

Pros: Stay Inn is a great hotel with an even better price. Abigail, the front desk attendant, kindly and promptly addressed each one of my many questions and concerns. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good. No regrets!

Cons: I would suggest adding a refrigerator into the rooms. Just an added benefit for guests.

I entered our hotel room with my new wife looking to escape cold weather from our northeast state to find outdated comforter from the 90's, an unsanitary sink top with hair and fingernail clippings on top, along with a dirty toilet seat that had a peice of crusted feses on it. This was the kind of hotel you have high school parties at with your friends because it is cheap.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is two more towels in the room please!

Cons: - no remote in room - outlet socket damage and uncovered - brown stains on towels - incredibly loud banging of what sounded like metal from 12-3 an in the morning - 1am in the morning repetitive BOOM BOOM noise like someone or machine was slamming a door into a fence or lock..it vibrated to the point it made me jump out my sleep.   It sounded like multiple doors was banging against metals. We tried to go back to sleep but the noise became more frequent in intervals (every 10 to 15 seconds)  and louder and louder. So we called down at front desk around 1:45 am. Waited on hold for over 15min...no one picked up. Finally my husband got fed up and went outside . He saw a guy going in and out the room next to us with spray bottles and rags. He was an employee judging by his outfit. He told him politely that the repetitive  banging going on for an hour has woken us all up and if he could stop . He did apologize and said he was done now. But it continued the intervals where less frequent and we turned the fan and music on so we could go back to sleep. I hung up with front desk around 2am as no one answered.  It completly ruined our night. Woke up with a headache from the lack of sleep , noise,  disturbance.  Called the front desk to again speak with a manager or supervisor about the incident at 6:45am. Was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday.  Wasnt given any alternatives of ppl to talk too.Called back Monday 2x to speak to manager and was transferred to voicemail. We spent aLot of money for an experience that I would expect from a low budget motel.

Cons: On Sunday morning (2/14) my son and daughter ion law joined me for the buffet breakfast. To say it was BAD was not even close to the problem. My daughter in law was never delivered with her water. The buffet bar had not warm food. Everything was cold . The eggs were hard and cold. The pancakes were hard and cold. The sausage was too cold to feel safe to eat. My daughter in law ate nothing. Even the boxed fruit was not cold. The waiter was OK but nobody even asked why we ate so little and had one plate not even touched. We could not identify anyone who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. When I checked out I expressed my con cern to the front desk and was just pushed off. She looked at me and aid sorry. No real effort to address this issue. I was amazed at the lack of concern in the restaurant and especially at the front desk. I feel bad about the bluntness of my comments but I was ashamed of the staff and service in the restaurant. I selected your hotel because I was having some construction work done at my home and could walk on some floors that night. I always knew it was a good place so I went there expecting more.

Cons: The Hilton property did not accept my Booking.com reservation because they said ‘ Booking.com is a third party vendor’ and they don’t have to accept their price. I told them that that was the most ridiculous thing that I ever heard and it has never happened to me before. They ultimately charged me $30 more per night than what I had booked for on Booking.com, which is criminal. Last time I ever to stay at a Hilton property.

Cons: The rooms were just mediocre to be honest especially for the price paid.

I asked , they said they only do it every third day, She said someone will come Sunday , But that never happened. Took three days for someone to unlock my safe !! I told them on Friday am, she told me to wait upstairs and someone will be right there. I waited 20 minutes, couldn't wait no longer , I had a tee time with, local businessmen. Sunday night I was hungry before bed, I ordered a simple Turkey Club Sandwich . It was Smoked Turkey !!!!! Who puts smoked turkey without telling you it's smoked turkey.. He didn't charge me since I couldn't eat it , That was nice . That ruined my apatite.

Cons: It's not a smoke free building. They allow smoking in the rooms with a $250 fine. The carpets was stain all over the hotel. No breakfast available. Ice machine on 8th floor. HD to change room 3 times for a short stay. Also not pet free. One room had fleas

Cons: Failure to clean room after 1st day. Request for another room denied when we returned after 10:pm and found room not serviced. housekeeping did not re check room during day. reason was "company policy".They tried to make us feel like it was our fault!

Cons: Stayed 7 days. The first night I arrived late. There was a live roach in the room. I killed it & took photos. I was moved to another floor. The view was nice, I could see the ocean, but the carpet under the desk was wet which caused a sour smell.

Cons: Not walk into the room an see dirty spotted soiled sheets with human hair on them especially since sheets are white.Then to call front desk an tell them the problem, there solution come to front desk give me some more sheets for me to re-make the bed totally unacceptable.Im highly disappointed by far just ashame of the experience.
