Pros: The breakfast was really good. I also joined the loyalty scheme which meant complementary wine which was really tasty. Also allows for a late check out. The swimming pool is not busy. They had only had two visitors to the gym and swimming pool that day. great staff at this hotel

Cons: room view was rather dull.

Pros: I didn't order breakfast because it was a bit pricey. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lakeview room which had a super view.

Cons: Total cost was more than I expected with taxes etc and more than I would normally pay.

Pros: The design of the hotel is amazing. Big stylish room, comfy bed, open space bathroom, amazing view, good location, close to both train stations.

Cons: It was very difficult to communicate with the staff due to the language. We asked to add an extra bed many times, in writing, on the phone and in person once there, and we had to wait more than an hour to get this sorted due to language misunderstanding.

Pros: I was very happy staying here for nine days on a business trip. The room is great for features and comfort. The breakfast was superb. The staff was great. The location is very fine in some ways: it adjoins the metro, a very modern shopping mall with a supermarket and a good Starbucks, and the office building where I was working.

Cons: The building complex is a bit remote from the city. There are no real neighborhoods around. It's the last stop on the metro. I took the metro many times into the city center. It's easy and cheap, but it's about 30 minutes before you get into the center areas.

Cons: Not the hotels fault but the local cab driver refused to take me at first, then admitted he didn't know how to go. Upon calling the hotel staff for help, he started yelling at them. Eventually he dropped me off some road at 12am in the dark during the rain to have me walk myself to the hotel with my luggage. It was after arriving that I found out they had a shuttle bus.

Pros: I booked one night for my parents, who are in their 80s. Ramada by the Luokou airport in Nanjing is their choice of staying whenever needed. They absolutely love the breakfast there. Great, consistent experience throughout!
