Cons: I didn't like the biggest room type because private bathroom isn't providing for my family.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, we had a smoothie bowl and eggs benedict which we ordered when we checked in. The staff also prepared some fresh fruit for our 9 month old daughter. The swimming pool had fresh clean towels and even suncream to use as well as bottles of water. The room and views were beautiful and look just like the pictures!

Pros: The hotel is nice but breakfast is not impress...would say this is over price

Cons: Greenery and decoration

Pros: It has deteriorated since we stayed last year. Seems to be catering more to Germans. Not much English spoken except for one of two staff. We had asked for a room close to Reception as I have mobility issues - we were put in a room as far away as possible from Reception. The staff are as always - anxious to please and very nice. But the aircon was VERY poor, there were squirrels running on the roof at 0300 and we thought they were rats. Please tell the Guests!! Dinner was OK - just. Breakfast was "interesting" They had forgotten to put beans and water in the coffee machine and said the electricity was low - but the ceiling fans were whirring and the lights were all on. So they couldn't do a hot breakfast - but after 10 mins all was OK!! It's a charming place but someone needs to get a grip and smarten it all up.

Pros: Excellent hotel and staff. The farmhouse restaurant is just superb. Our third stay and our room was a different location. A brilliant location right downtown. The restaurant for dinner is spectacular

Pros: The hotel is in the heart of town, the location is perfect. It has parking, the rooms are big and clean, nothing to complain. Just the hotel staff is unmotivated, doesn’t help with the luggage, is not really guest oriented. Completely different in the restaurant: yummy food and very well trained and friendly waiters.

Pros: The rooms were far better and bigger than their website showed. Plus, the restaurant attaches to hotel is truly spectacular and well priced. Well trained and friendly staff. Very professional

Cons: All good. Breakfast is a buffet and excellent more geared for Thais which is understandable but plenty of choices and a staff member helped me with a special order from the kitchen

Pros: The breakfast was excellent if you like Thai food with many dishes to choose from. The restaurant, which is part of the hotel, served exceptional evening meals and the menu was varied and the food really good.

Cons: There was no English speaking channels on the TV

Pros: I only stayed here 1 night, but the hotel made a great impression. The buildings are beautiful, and well maintained. The reception area feels like I was staying in a hotel I should of paid much more for. My room was lovely, exceptionally clean and a pleasant view outside of the blossoming trees. I had complimentary fresh boiled eggs in the room, aparently hatched that day from their farm. Nice touch. There was a small, but well equipped gym, and a nice little outdoor pool. The location is good, but there's not much to do in Ranong on foot, but there are a few bars within easy walking distance. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Cons: Staffs don’t have service mind, as we ask to do kayak but they said no can’t but we saw many people do kayaking!!! Seem they lazy to get the kayak for us.. For restaurant, this morning I wanna order coffee late, but they said no need to wait after 9.30 but yesterday I can order at 8.30 .. this is not a free coffee .. they still don’t wanna do..

Pros: The actual Villa was very nice and clean however instead of being over water it was a mud flat. Never had water under our villa even at high tide.........despite their advertising showing such.

Cons: Definitely NOT the Maldives of Thailand like they advertise. There seemed to be no management around and the staff kept having to call Bangkok to make the simplest of decisions. The breakfast was also terrible, 2 Star at best and you had to pay extra for a coffee from the machine.................really!!!

Cons: Front of house staff had very very limited English which is very surprising given the property to pushing itself as 5-star. Often the answer was 'no' or 'cannot',,,,staff simply had little interest in dealing with customers that cannot speak Thai. Breakfast offering well below standard given room prices. Our room was situated near staff quarters and every morning was woken up at 5:30am through talking / laughing etc. Asked 3 times on the final morning for staff to be quiet and was completely ignored. Staff did not have the mental bandwidth / intelligence to understand guests should not be woken up. Failure on management's behalf of understand / police this issue.

Pros: Stayed here twice leaving and coming back to Ranong from Koh Phayam, super helpful staff and super value rooms and bathrooms, amazing location right in the middle of the town. Would come back if return to Ranong

Cons: Overpriced and parts of the building still seem to be under construction. No common area except the kitchen. Loud street and I heard the people in the room next to mine snoring. Oh and if you are a woman and have your period, you might get charged extra if you leak on the sheet.

Pros: For me personally, the hotel surpassed my expectation as I booked it as a pitstop for my road trip from Bangkok to Phuket. It's a lovely hotel with a great swimming pool and lounge area. The room and breakfast was great too!

Cons: It's going to sound silly, but for a woman with long hair, it was missing conditioner in the bathroom. It had all other complimentary bathroom stuff so it's a very little thing they could enhance. Also the TV reception wasn't the greatest and no English channels.

Pros: The staff were Amazing and everyone was friendly and helpful without being asked. The property and the pool are beautiful with nice touches such as floating flowers. The coffee machine!

Cons: The road going to the hotel is not good, it contrast to the quality of the hotel. It's not an adventure hotel, this hotel is only for relaxing! When we came back from the city around 21hrs. the road have no lights. The hotel lobby and pathway going to the rooms were too dark at all. Their breakfast is very limited compare to the price. They have ala-carte for breakfast. They offer American and English Breakfast. We asked for porridge and they charged us for 120baht,compare to the room charge 2,499baht. it's quite ridiculous American Breakfast with 2 slice of toasted bread, eggs ( maybe scrambled or sunny side-up)your choice, one sausage and 1 slice of ham and a piece of bacon. Anyway we understand that's why we ask and pay extra compare to their 4 star in booking.com. Please check the standard of the hotel. The suit room is quite run down. Have moths in the bedroom and the blinds is broken.

Cons: - The remoteness of the location from town - The condition of the dirt road going into the property - The condition of the room furniture that needs to be replaced or at least given a new coat of paint

Pros: Great gym ( even joined 2 very good yoga classes), fantastic big pool, massage same price as on the beach and wonderful. Food (dinner) was good, breakfast ok. The hotel is old but for the price you are paying a great find and worth it when using pool, spa and gym.

Cons: The rooms need updated - no power outlets near the nightstands, one almost hidden by the desk. The breakfast is overpriced: at 220 baht you can buy a few meals locally. If they’re going to charge that much they need to add more variety and higher quality food.

Pros: The location is favorable to travellers from the bus, because it is very close to the bus station. It is practical for overnight stay ang leaving the next day. The money is worth the place.

Cons: It is cheap so what to expect with the cheap price, cheap services. Atlhough in some places the money's worth is beyond the expectation this one is just fair. Nothing more to expect. The owner is a bit moody. So when you need something you have to press your luch on her mood. If she is in good mood everything has not problem, but if she's not in the mood, everything is terrible. She's a bit rude when she is cranky, but super sweet when she's not.

Pros: The location is just a few step from bus station. The rooms and facilities were clean. The staff were kind and can speak very good in English they will assist you with your stay from transportation to food.

Cons: There are bed bugs in at least one doble room and they knew it because they gave us half of the money back only showing them the bites.

Pros: The place was amazing, they accepted us even if we arrived really late at night! Easy to find, exactly at the bus stop and their beautiful playful dog was waiting for us outside to show us the entrance:) Both Jai and her sister were incredibly nice and for just 300baht they sold us the boat ticket to Koh Phayam along with a ride to the pier on Jai’s van! Remember to wake up early enough to have breakfast! We were to sleepy and sadly missed it, but the coffee was reeeally good! Thank you very much! We’ll be back:)

Pros: The location contiguous to the bus station. Also near a 7/11, local bar and a gym. The hostel restaurant was good value. The hostel can arrange and book transport albeit at a premium.

Cons: The owner while both informative and helpful can be a tad brusque. Accomodation in Ranong is expensive compared to other places in Thailand.

Pros: The hotel is clean, airconditioned and not expensive. The staff helped with all requests.

Cons: You wont get a songhteo in this area. Taxi and tuk-tuk do not exist in Ranong.-

Pros: This is one of the few hotels that I have stayed in that has a commercial hot water system. No little box on the wall, full hot and cold water faucets in the shower and sink.....excellent for shaving....again very rare for these level hotels.

Cons: WiFi dropping in and out, the staff wasn't very friendly. (I can speak Thai very well). Also, the beer in the restaurant down stairs is 95B a bottle for Leo. Outrageous. Out the hotel to the left, down the sidewalk about 500m there is a store. Buy your beer there.
