Pros: The bed is very good and the shower excellent, but the sink could stay inside the bathroom and not at the entrance of the room. Small bathroom

Cons: The hotel's restaurant is in an annex building. I had to walk in the rain to have breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was even better than before! The staff was so nice and full of joy. Always willing to help! Heloena and her coworker(sorry I can’t remember his name) were specially helpful and nice to us.

Pros: Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Everyone we met the 2 times we stayed there were absolutely delightful. Anytime I will be in Joinville, there is no other place that I will stay. Thanks for giving me a great home for 4 weeks.

Pros: The room was spacious and well equipped for any kind of traveller. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a sauna on the top floor + a great view. The hotel is close to a shopping mall (Mueler) and the catedral - great location.

Cons: The bathroom window could have some sort of curtain to prevent so much light from coming in. The air-conditioner was probably not powerful enough to cool down such a spacious room.

Pros: Overall a good experiência, staff was helpful , bonus points for the breakfast attendant.

Cons: The reception areas are a bit dated. The areas around reception and restaurante are dark, it could do with stronger and more light Also dessapointed that you have to pay to use the sauna, as i think we pay a fair price for your stay

Pros: I had already stayed at this hotel, which was the reason why I decided to go there once again. I really like the hotel and its location. The breakfast is really good and the staff are friendly.

Cons: The only problem, and it's not just this hotel, but because I was working for a foreign company, they are not prepared to issue an invoice for a company abroad. I think all hotels should be prepared especially if they will be welcoming foreign visitors.

Pros: No breakfast, and shops not within easy walking distance. More for car drivers, families, small work groups than individuals. Bike is available; bus outside.

Pros: There is a lovely garden and patio in the back where you can have your morning coffee or relax. It’s pretty in the evening as well. The building is beautiful and spacious. Super clean and comfortable.

Cons: Terrible room, broken window ( had to open because of the strong smell of the room and didn't close anymore), toilet seat broken, it moves as is not fixed on the floor (can be highly dangerous for an accident). As the bedroom smells I believe it's not clean as well. The furniture is really old too. It's like a two star hotel if not worse, avoid.

Cons: My first impress for this hotel was a picture with a pool on the roof, which wasn't activated no more when I ask on check-in. The illumination on the room was so poor, only one center bulb light difficulty to see the other areas around . The mirror on the bathroom was too tall, if you are bellow 5 ft, forget about use it.
