Pros: Breakfast service is quick and cordial, the servers are well trained.

Cons: I would have preferred to have some regional delicacies on the buffet. It's my personal opinion that the breakfast was quite the run-off the mill type and did not stand out as Radisson Guwahati, I could have anywhere in India and eaten the same breakfast.

Pros: I used to stay in that hotel in my previous company and there I used to get a great discount . I am working for a Company where I have to travel frequently to Guwahati. If I get a great deal, I will make sure I will stay every time there.

Cons: Being an old customer I expected more discount. I think if they take it seriously than I may conduct seminars and workshop of our company in the same hotel. I am sure my comments will be taken seriously and some favorable response will be taken.

Cons: The staff was not at all friendly, basic amenities like comb, dental kit etc were chargeable. Room was not clean, bathroom is very old and leaky. Lifts are shabby and one of it was not operational

Cons: Geyser Not working, They told me to keep the Tap open until hot water comes, but never come, infact water stopped. I believe they will fix it. Also Cleanliness is not of 3 star 🌟 category.

Cons: We are staying two days and 3nights..but the room conditions was very bad.. Room was in bad condition..also nt cleaned properly.. Washroom also in bad condition.. It is in damaged condition.. Water facility was also poor.. We are facing lots of problems... I hope in future problem will be solved... .... Best wishes......
