Pros:
I love everything about this property. The location, the staff, the cleanliness comfort and the yoga. The view is absolutely sensational and the family of monkeys that live here are adorable. The food is great too and a nice quiet area just a few minutes walk from the main square

Pros:
The view was absolutely amazing!!! I have literally never had a better view in my life. The glass yoga studio overlooking the Himalayas was remarkable. The yoga classes with Isha were alignment based with lots of hands on adjustments. The staff were all dolls! Ram Yoga House is a very special place.
Cons:
The only thing I would change is the heat. We came in February. For two Northern US citizens, it was a bit too cold without central heat. They did let us rent a heater for and additional 300 rupees per day, which was fair. However, if was not efficient to heat the tremendous suite we were in. Also, the kitchen was not heated, so we ate at Ram's other restaurant, Ananda Dabbha, which was smaller and busy, thus warmer. The best food we had in all of India!

Pros:
I had a wonderful stay at Ram Yoga. The view of the room was amazing, the food delicious and the room spacious enough and comfortable. There was warm water for the shower and a radiator for an extra charge available. The yoga room and rooftop has an incredible view of the mountains and the Dalai Lama temple as well as the valley.
Cons:
There was some construction going on, so sometimes it was quite loud during the day.

Pros:
Ram Yoga House is located in a great spot, less than 10 minutes from central Macleodganj and just 5 minutes down to the Dalai Lama Temple complex. Facing south gives it a great deal of sunlight which warmed up the room nicely. The room was very clean and the balcony was nice. Free breakfast was basic but served in a nice cafe on site. Overall a great place to stay and the location suited us perfectly.
Cons:
Staff were not great communicators, had to ask for things over and over again - such as extra blankets. The hot water stopped working in our room for 2 days and we had to use next doors bathroom (unoccupied room). Yoga on the rooftop was okay but the guy was not very personal with his approach.
