Pros: The complementary drinks from 6-7 was very nice

Cons: The breakfast was okay but the options were the same everyday and only the omelets we’re warm. We asked to have our room serviced during our three night stay but they only happened once and it happened at 5:30pm while we were trying to take a nap before dinner. The rooms next to us had loud children.

Pros: Everything was great. The staff were friendly and hotel was very clean

Pros: Hotel was pretty and clean. We had the King suite and it was spacious and beds were amazing. Great location! Convenient to stores, restaurants and interstate. We stayed one night for Valentines and ate at Chris Ruth Steakhouse which was on site. We LOVED that. Didn’t even have to leave the hotel. The staff was friendly as well. Definitely would stay here again when in Chattanooga.

Cons: I have always enjoyed the breakfast at previous stays, but unfortunately it was not good this time. I am going to blame it on the fact that we got there the last 15 minutes before breakfast was to end so some of the food on the buffet (eggs, biscuits and potatoes) were not fresh. I am sure it would have been better had we got there earlier. I also didn’t think there was that much of a selection but that could of been due to COVID-19 limitations. Anyways, this one experience would not deter me from staying again.

Cons: The reception in the evening was very lacking of most Embassy Suites. Did not live up to my expectation of what Embassy Suites are.

Pros: I was impressed with the size of the room/suite considering price paid. I loved having a separate bedroom and sitting room. I also enjoyed the desk it made working very easy.

Cons: The bed was not the best I have ever had in a hotel. It seemed a little low quality compared to everything else in the suite.

Pros: They have a wonderful cafeteria style served breakfast with several menu items. The common areas are very clean and spaces very well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated as well.

Omelet bar not set up with any good flow. Everyone gets in way of trying to get to other breakfast items. Coffee is nasty Folgers. Have Peet’s coffee & pull it when Everyone comes down for breakfast because to lazy to make more.

Pros: Beautiful hotel loved our room. The free breakfast was much better then any hotel I've ever stayed at. Checkout isn't until 12 so you don't have to rush to checkout by 10.

Cons: The indoor pool wasn't heated. What's the point of an indoor pool if it's too cold to get in and enjoy. No Jacuzzi. A Jacuzzi in a embassy suite should be a must!

Cons: The continental breakfast wasn’t the best. I think the scrambled eggs were powered, the hard boiled eggs were partly frozen, the fruit salad didn’t seem to be fresh, the omelets at Burger King are probably better. I was still able to squeak out some decent morning food, and wasn’t too disappointed. I didn’t like the coffee they had. Also, the first day I was there the floor was sticky, I think someone spilled coffee in the lobby, and it seemed to take a long time to clean it up. One more thing; I don’t think I got the best room. It was right next to the elevator and the view out the window was the side of the awnings-I felt I got the least desirable room (not contradiction to the positive room review). The housekeeping missed one of the days I stayed there, I don’t know why. They probably need to pay a little more attention to details, and it would be a very good hotel. Also, I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying there.

Cons: I specifically chose this hotel for the “bathtub” in the description on booking.com. This was crucial for my Valentine’s plans. Once I got checked in to the hotel, took my things to the room, and realized there was no bathtub I immediately called the front desk. I was told they were fully booked and there was no other room for me to move to with a bathtub. Angry, I hung up the phone and tried to figure out a different solution. A few minutes later, I called back and asked if there was absolutely anything that could be done about this because it ruined my Valentine’s plans. I asked if I could get a refund to try and find a hotel that did meet my requests. I was told by the front desk to call Booking.com and they could give me a full refund. When I called Booking.com, I was on hold for 40 minutes. When I was finally able to talk with someone, she called the general manager to try and resolve things. The general manager told the lady from Booking.com that since the room was “used” there wasn’t much he could do. He said he wasn’t on the property to assess the situation but that we could put a request in for a refund and he would review it. At this point, our Valentine’s plans were completely ruined. Our options were stay in the hotel (which ruined our Valentine’s plans), drive another 3 hours back home and waste our night AND still spend $150 for the room, or spend $150 for the room and try and salvage our night by looking elsewhere for another hotel. Option 3 was not an option because then we would’ve been out the money for 2 hotel rooms. We were also upset that we were told the room was “used”. There was no other way for us to determine this room did not have a bathtub. As soon as we noticed this, we began calling people to find a solution to the problem. In the end, our Valentine’s weekend was completely ruined. I feel as if I wasted money on this hotel and wasted my gas to get here.

So obviously it had not been cleaned. The tub was not clean. We were not made aware of the change in the way breakfast would be handled. We would not have stayed if we were made aware. Cons: The room smelled like cigarettes and some clothing items that I pulled out of my bag to hang up ended up smelling like cigarettes as well. I come from a smoke free home because my daughter has allergies and this really upset me. I informed the staff and they practically did nothing. Pros: My room was not clean, and a roach met me in the kitchen on the first day. The oven and oven cleaner sprayed in it but not clean, the floor dirty would've have left but the holiday made it impossible. And my family dinner was a half mile from the hotel. I stayed here before and it was nothing like this stay.

Cons: After decorating the room for party guests, I go to adjust the temperature on the thermostat and it had no power. Maintenance and other staff gave a fan to attempt to cool it off but it was unsuccessful. As we prepared for the light we let out the couch to sleep and there was previous guests hair throughout the sheets and mattress as if the room had not been properly cleaned before check-in. The whirlpool was out of order, which was one of the most important ammenities we were looking forward to on the visit. There was nothing on the site nor was it mentioned when I called to ask about pool rules or guidelines. Complimentary breakfast also didn't suit my guests and family. We do not eat pork and the ONLY option was sausage. There should definitely be a vegetarian option or chicken etc.

Cons: The TV is on a swivel stand that faces one side of the room or the other. If we were in bed watching TV then our son couldn't see the TV on the other side of the room where the pull-out couch was, and vice versa. But for us that was no big deal really!

Cons: I arrived at 4:30 was told my room was not ready and then offered a lesser room than the one I paid for. I was told they had cleaning staff call in sick so they were behind then I was informed how long it took to clean the room I had requested. That I felt was not my problem. I had no room and was asked to return in a 1/2 hour and it would be ready. I returned in 45 minutes and had to stand and wait while I heard the manager inform another guest that their room was not available yet either and then the manager upgraded their room. I was never offered anything but a lesser room. At my turn I was informed that my room was still not ready and I hadn't given them enough time. Very unprofessional service. I will not return to this particular hotel. I have stayed at other Homewood Suites and never been treated so unprofessional as I was here.

Also advised, fight had involved furniture being thrown in hallway.We were away from hotel next morning 8-11:15. Husband was in room from 11:15 until 1:00. We both left at 1 and when we returned later the room had not been cleaned. After calling the desk, a very rude desk clerk advised that a sign had been on the door when they came to clean the room and no one could clean the room or change the sheets because they left at 1:00. (Don't know why they didn't come earlier or knock on the door to check about cleaning.) We asked for clean towels at least and got the run around. The clerk even responded after my husband told her how unhappy we were with our stay that, "I hope you won't report this to Corporate." We went to our dinner appointment and when we returned, no towels. I went down to the desk and picked them up myself. Next day, when checking out, we expressed our displeasure with the hotel and service. No apology, no anything. There are several hotels in that area. This is not the service you would expect from a Wyndham, and I can assure you that our business will be going to someone else in the future. (I am contacting Wyndham Corporate.)

The desk clerks overnight were not at the seat but on their laptops behind the fireplace in the lobby. We are driving across the East Coast and we got a different hotel that was $40 cheaper and the room was just as nice with no bar and no restaurant.

Pros: We booked this room last minute and I couldn't have been more pleased. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great and the room was more spacious than I expected. Our room had a small fridge, stove, and microwave even though we didn't get an upgraded suite.

Cons: As a senior couple, we requested a first floor room when we made the reservation. When we arrived we got one in the third floor.

Cons: I reserved 3 rooms for 2 days. I needed to cancel a room because one of the 3 group members couldn't make it. However, I had to cancel and rebook, which doubled the room price. So I kept the original 3 rooms because it was cheaper and found someone to take the 3rd room. I found a cockroach in my room. one of the other rooms found dog poop. Never staying there again.

Pros: We were driving from Austin to New York and stopped here for the night. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and friendly. The breakfast area didn't have that many options, however, it was better then others I have stayed at that cost more. We will be staying here on our way back!

Cons: I went on a road trip with my sister and we stayed at Days Inn. Check in is kind of late in my opinion. It was at 3pm. I had actually booked a room and payed online about a month and a half in advance, on the paper it says that check in was at 11am. So that messed up our whole day. The staff was a little rude as well which I really did not appreciate. When we finally got to our room it smelled really bad! This is a smoke-free hotel and it smelled like smoke and mouth wash. We actually had to open the door and air it out. It took like 2 hours for the smell to go away. The towels in the room were damp and the bathroom was really small. Online it said there was no microwave and there was no mini fridge. We would have saved money by buying food and heating it in the microwave for our meals. So when we got there and saw it we were very surprised and a little irritated. As two college students we try and save money by doing the little things like that. They need to update their website if the microwave and fridge is there.I was a little disappointed with breakfast. They had cereal, different kinds of bread, and a waffle maker. They had oranges that had some green on them, and they had microwavable omelets and thats it. It was also a very small area so people were tripping on each other, there were long lines, and we had to take out food back to our room because there was no place to sit.Disappointing. I was going to stay here again in the summer for 2 nights for a ROADTRIP I was taking with my brother but decided to find a diffrent hotel. I don't recommend this hotel.

It was clean, lots of room and the bed was very comfortable. Although the pool was small, it was still very nice.

Pros: The only positive thing I can say is there was hot water for my shower at 5:30am.

Cons: Lobby closed at 11pm. I arrived at 11:15. And had to call from a special phone around the side of the building and waited 10 minutes for attendant to show up. Took 3 tries to get a sleep-able room. 1st one smelled like stale smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. 2nd one had a door that would not engage the deadbolt. It is now after midnight, so I accepted the 3rd room. But, discovered later that the air conditioner did not work and the refrigerator door would not stay closed. I pushed a table against the frig door, but could do nothing about the AC. People were standing around in the parking lot when I tried to go to sleep. Around 12:30am, I heard a woman screaming two separate times. I got up at 5:20am to start my day only to find a small roach in my retainer case that was in the bathroom. 3 more roaches appeared during the time I was getting dressed. Needless to say I did not stay the second night of my reservation.
