Pros: Breakfast was delicious and well prepared and presented.

Cons: Sometimes I like to have breakfast in peace. Not always wanting to talk with staff in the morning.

Cons: The Courthouse is a fantastic place to stay in Broome. Netty is the best host you could ask for and she made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The pool is a great place to hangout during the day and the property is nice and quiet - no noise, even from the surrounding area. I highly recommend the Courthouse for anyone to stay!

Pros: The room had a king bed, fridge, ensuite, dining area, sofa etc. we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The continental breakfast fast was fine, more than we wanted or needed, the staff are lovely people and we felt like family. The pool was a welcome retreat, lovely and clean and charming area a little like Bali. Would definitely recommend this B&B, thank you to Marilyn and Nettie for making us so welcome and our stay special The location was also good, we walked into town and to Matso’s and Mangrove resort.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: The staff member that was there through most of our stay was extremely helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable.

Cons: On our last day we tried to book an extra day and pay but unfortunately the staff member on that morning was unable to assist us . We had to come back later that day so that we could settle our account so instead of staying and rebooking for our next meeting we then booked else where in Broome. We were there working with NDIS.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere as we went to the breakfast. We were introduced to other travellers. Breakfast and staff awesome. You felt like you were at home

Pros: We have stayed at Cocos a couple of times now and it is perfect for Families, nice and clean, quiet, great pool for the kids especially if they aren't confident swimmers.

Pros: Fantastic accommodation, moderately sized within close distance to everything. Felt like a little hideaway so loved that it wasn’t packed with tourists but was calm and quiet instead. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond including complimentary early checkin and late check out which was very helpful.

Cons: Pool was a little dirty and not cleaned regularly. Was a fantastic pool with great shade, just needs to be cleaned on a more regular basis.

Pros: Everything. The bungalow met our needs. Had all the facilities we needed.

Cons: Bins!! The external bins were often full then not present.

Pros: A lovely old Pearler. We were out of season, so we're the only guests. This was a bonus as we could enjoy all the seating areas with total privacy. The pool was warm, but it is the wet season. Breakfast was a delight at the lovely dining table large enough for a dozen at least. We stayed in a garden suite which was well designed and comfortable.

Pros: The free breakfast was fabulous, worth staying here just for the breakfast. Large sitting area outside our room for our private use.

Cons: The room was very small for the price paid, insufficient lighting (only two bedside lamps) and room was hot and difficult to cool.

Cons: Air-conditioning in our room was very loud and hard to sleep with it on or without it on because of the heat.

Pros: Margaret was very helpful with the booking and was at the property to greet me when I arrived. The Bamboo room was lovely and well equipped with everything I needed for a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being about to have my dinners outside on the balcony of an evening. The property is in a quiet area that was conveniently located close to where my appointments were (in the centre of town).

Pros: First of all Margaret and Doug are great hosts and can't do enough for you, there accommodation is a fantastic place to relax. Very close to the beach overlooking the bay. A kilometre to the nearest IGA, 2km to matsos brewery (a must visit) 3km to the mangrove hotel, beautiful views! 4km to Chinatown. This is away from any hustle and bustle of the town and other hotels, Chinatown taxis are frequent and well priced if you don't want to drive.

Pros: The size, large bedroom and en-suite with a kitchen and lounge at my disposal. The owner, Margaret is an excellent and generous host who is very friendly and served me breakfast even though wasn't included in the rate.

Cons: It's 3km from the town centre but walkable. We need a taxi after dinning our.

Cons: Good place But no WiFi(WiFi is there but I couldn't connect cuz of something problem). Kind reception but they didn't tidy my room up while I stayed here.

Cons: Was emailed on the day of check in that there was no bar or restaurant operating. This us not listed on their website. Part of the 'experience of a hotel is to be able to use the facilities. Sit by the pool with a cocktail, eat in the restaurant. I would not have booked this hotel if I was aware there were NO facilities available . Only a room. Also check in is at 2pm, at 4pm I received a text telling me reception had closed and use the locked box to get my key. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel, I expected to be welcomed to the hotel by a person.

Cons: Kitchen was not available due to staffing issues, which was a bit disappointing.

Pros: locals broke into my fathers room no compensation of any sort even a free coffee was told oh it happens quite often. Hotel pool has no facilities if you have a any problem getting in or out also very small not enough shade. Room: Prior to me booking and paying in advance i called made sure disabled room, twin beds as my father required his carer with him. The hotel called me as he was on the plane and told me no twin beds no room available they would put a chair in the shower for me. Pathetic for a "5"star resort , I would suggest think twice prior to staying there. I choose there as i thought Cable Beach resort was a little too noisy for my father but I now wish i had gone there. Not 5 Star by any stretch of the imagination.

Cons: Bookings then being told there are no rooms with twin beds, why would you tell me yes if there was none oh sorry that person no longer works here hmm !!!!

Pros: The decor, staff and property were all lovely.

Cons: The internet never worked, apparently due to the resort being fully booked. The limitations on the bar's trading hours made getting food and drinks a bit challenging.

Cons: Rooms got cleaned once during our stay , bar for pool only opened at 3 so going eat / drink around the pool which was very poor.

Pros: Tried food twice ..staff pleasant but food needs improvement, comes out warm...restruant is no inviting ..very plain.

Cons: Both Swimming pool areas need more shade covers. One umbrella?? And the other seating areas have seen their best days...the hotel is not enclosed and so you have to be aware of natives wondering the area. Don't leave items on view.

Cons: Pool towels were old and thin. Need to be replaced

Pros: It was the perfect stay for our 8 night stay. We had an awesome view over the pool and our room was super spacious! Loved that we got to watch the sunset from our bedroom and have a spa bath when we get like it.

Cons: Access to the public coming into the pool area was a bit worrying but not something to stop us from coming back.

Pros: It’s not Pan Pacific or Hilton, but comfortable with everything that we needed. Breakfast and pool is a plus. Great family resort.

Pros: The staff were polite and the pool was clean and warm. Free breakfast.

Cons: Change of towels cost extra. There’s a mouse loitering outside the rooms. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We reported this but got no one to inspect if it could be repaired . The pillowcase smells. The floor in the room was dirty, we had to clean before settling in. They charge extra for housekeeping, you’d think the room’s already clean before the guests arrive. There were roaches in the room as well.

Pros: Pool. Was good and the BBQ area was great.

Cons: Damaged toilet door and I requested ground floor but got upstairs.

Pros: Firstly the front check in staff were lovely. First impression was great. Parking was ample and secure. The room was larger than I had anticipated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus additional extras I wasn't expecting. The bed was comfortable and over all it was a wonderful last minute stay. Price was fantastic value for money, and location was central to all we needed.

Pros: After a long drive across the top end, in the wet, loosing my car air conditioning along the way. The air con, was exactly what I needed for a good rest and revival. The room and bathroom were spotless. So glad I booked a second night, as I slept through the late checkout time. Thanks for a great rest. :)

Cons: I had hoped to go for a midnight swim, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Just bad timing, nothing against the hotel for it, I'd rather swim in a well maintained pool anyway... :)
