Pros: Good location, comfy bed and pillow, nice view ocean, the breakfast was good and have many various choices

Pros: The breakfast is good. I really like the lontong. The staffs there were so nice. I like how in every area near the lift, they had hand sanitizer and tissue. Thanks for being so concern with this new normal situation.

Cons: If you have a motorbike then the parking area is so far away from lobby. I wish the tv in the room had more channels.

Pros: The room is spacious, the bed is comfy, the pillows are soft.

Cons: The buffet system in the restaurant is not compliant to Covid 19 protocols. I think it would be better if they use a la carte system for breakfast to accomodate social distancing. No amenities in the bathroom.

Pros: location was good, there are eating places and cafes nearby within walking distance.

Cons: The staff at the counter was not giving warm feeling impression and very transactional. The room was not sound proof and is very noisy, not good if you are looking a place to rest and relax. Location was good and close to eating places and cafes. Parking place is limited

Cons: Water leaking at the toilet. The bed is dirty and no enough space to walk coz the room is small.

Pros: We stayed just for one night because we arrived in Bandar Lampung in the end of the day and we had to catch the bus to Krui the next morning. Nice place to stay for one night but quite expensive considering the quality of the place. They have a quite variety of food for breakfast and start super early at 5am.

Cons: A little bit expensive considering the quality of the place. The aircon was noisy.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and warm specially Alize and Yen in the restaurant (photo attached). The hotel is very conveniently located and is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. (Beware of overcharging taxi drivers and insist on using the taxi meter)

Cons: The restaurant and room service closed at 9 pm and there are no restaurants nearby. So you're on your own after 9 pm! There wasn't enough lighting in the room (as seems to be the case in hotels in Indonesia) and the sidelamp's socket was behind the bed pushing against the mattress which seemed a bit unsafe. The hotel is very conservative in terms of rules and religious values (Run according to Sharia Law) and the notion is reinforced by playing recorded recitation of the Holy Quran in the lobby all evening.

Pros: The hotel position was so nice, near convenient store, restaurant and food...

Cons: Shower was broken and never been replaced, the toilet is leaking, the reading light was making rackling sound avery time it switch off, under the bed was so dirty once I'm checking in, and sound from outside was so noisy.

Pros: the staf is so pleased and easy to talk with. the price is valued 👍🏽

Cons: the facility is quite valued with the price. Only blanket in my room was itchy, but soon I complained thw staff responded fast by changing the blanket.

Pros: Best price you can get.

Cons: We had reserved 2 rooms for three days with breakfast, they told us that the breakfast will be distributed to each room at 7 am, but they served the breakfast very late every day, and I have to text them asking why they served the breakfast very late??? Everytime...the worst is in our last day...they didn't distribute the breakfast to our room, I asked them why, they said the breakfast is served buffet..they didn't even inform us about this!!! Then we waited in the lobby almost an hour for them to prepare our breakfast but zonk...after arguing with them they gave us refund but not even say sorry to us, for addition, the staffs also not take action seriously, very slow response about this matter and very unfriendly to us. Howcome? I mean..hotel is a hospitality industry right? So I think the staffs should be friendly and customer oriented?? Just because at that time there were groups with many customers stayed at the hotel, that didn't mean you forgot to serve other customers. To be honest, this was my very first bad experience staying at the hotel..very dissaponted!!!

Pros: I don't know about breakfast. But the location is good

Cons: This time only (first day), my family received old and smelly towels in the bathroom although being changed later time.Shouldnt've happened for the good brand hotel

Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, I slept well. The wifi was fast, I finished my work during my stay there.

Cons: For sheraton, i had expected best offered breakfast, but yesterday, breakfast didn't like what I expected with limited choices. Room service could have worked better. I asked him to change bed sheets and cleaned the bathroom as it didn't look clean. meanwhile we stayed there for two nights.

Pros: Frankly nothing, beside the fact that is clean enough in respect to environment and it looks safe enough to fulfill your stay.

Cons: Well where to start, actually to get Sheraton at paid price it was already suspicious to me! Location is questionable since at Bandar Lampung you cant find better place... actually there is more luxurious location but obviously developed recently after Sheraton was built. Rooms are clean, but mattresses are to soft for my taste. Offer is very limited, there is no deserts, alcohols etc. Stuff is very nice and hospitable but it is out of their hands to provide you with a normal amenities that you would expect! I never saw anyone around the pool to provide towels or any service... water quality is quite questionable....there is no safe deposits in the rooms, Spa is limited only to massage... no other services available like pedicure etc.
