Hotels near Borg El Arab airport

Pros: The staff was professional and specifically Miss heba plus the breakfast of course

Pros: It can be a nice gateway since I live in Alex, the closest city to the hotel, it was nice and the staff was friendly, I also really liked the room.

Cons: Some of the decorations and the restaurant staff wasn’t really friendly

Pros: Everything was just PERFECT. My very special thanks to the designer of the place. Even sockets for charging your phone beside the bed on both sides, that's really great. Qibla direction on the ceiling. Staff is absolutely friendly and smiling. COVID measures are absolutely strict. Everyone wearing masks and rooms exceptionally clean. Great food in the restaurant as well. We enjoyed that night like no other. Thanks everyone.

Cons: Being charged extra for WiFi and for Car Parking is a little strange for a 5-stars hotel. I wish management would rethink this decision. It is super easy to limit Bandwidth for WiFi so guests cannot download movies or stuff (if this is the reason), but at least you can check your email or play music in your room. One other thing about car parking, no 5 stars hotel in 10 countries I visited charged for guest parking. Yes it is only $5 so you can just add it to the room cost.

Pros: Hotel has a nice setting, food was good and clean. They kept precautions against Covid-19. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pool size was a bit small It would be nice to offer some entertainment during evenings.

Cons: 1. Cleanliness of the swimming pool is so bad. Nasty one 😳. 2. Old furniture. Most of electrical equipments need maintenance. 3. Hard to reach to the hotel ( Very Bad Road to the hotel ). 4. No parking space available. 5. Side view around the hotel is so bad. 6. Bad smell and view of some rooms so that I had to relocate many times to another rooms. 7. Facilities to and in the hotel are too bad.

Cons: The hotel is very hidden took us a long time to find it we had to go on lots of different dirt roads to get there very scary at night. Lots of noise at night could not sleep because of it. As soon as we went into the hotel it smelt very very bad couldn’t tolerate it that may be due to the shisha lounge in their restaurant. There are no amenities around. When we ordered food from there restaurant it took nearly an hour to get our meal
