Pros: Very clean and new.

Pros: The breakfast was great! For us (Americans) it was ideal. Omelet, bread, and fruit, with Espresso coffee. You can buy other items like pancakes and oatmeal via a la carte. Perfect!

Cons: The only thing was there was no coffee maker in the room. So after waking, it would be at least 30 minutes until could get coffee from the kitchen.

Pros: Property was very beautiful with modern decor and a lovely compound

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I had to eat breakfast in the lobby

Cons: Meals, so you had to go next door to the BluCabana for meals. It was a regiment. You could order it, but it took so long. It made sense to just go there

Cons: I won’t be staying in this hotel anymore. No restaurant, No room service, horrible breakfast. And oh, one of the waiters crossed his boundaries with trying to chat me up and asking me to pls be his friend and give him my number! His name is Caleb! Comes off as a predator! Stood in my room and won’t move until I asked him to get out of my room and reported him to the management and nothing was done. So my advice to solo female travelers is not to stay in this hotel!

Pros: The hotel is really a cool quiet place to stay. The facilities are world class and really exquisite. Well maintained and highly COVID 19 compliant.

Cons: Had to pay for an extra cup of coffee. For a hotel like this the breakfast should be an all-you-can-eat buffet and not the crappy way they do breakfast there. That was a total turn off for me and would make me find an alternative hotel when i want to do this again.

Cons: No supplementary tea ingredients and no kettle for tea or coffee

Pros: As a frequent traveler, this is one of the most delightful experiences. The staff are HIGHLY professional, they were strict with the COVID-19 protocols, breakfast was colorful and delicious, room service was amazing - even when I tried pushing them a little, they were still super professional. The dish I ordered was better than I expected. You must try their Ise Ewu (Goat Head). I ate every piece. I sure recommend TQM and I will be visiting soon.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom was a small hand wash kind of shower... they should at least provide standard showers. I forgot my charger head and went back for it but they said it wasn't there... so more like they are not realiable.

Cons: Security management can be better

Pros: Had an issue with the shower in the first room I was asked to stay in. After trying to get it fixed and the issue kept happening, I was upgraded to another room for the same price. That was really nice. The power supply was good and when there were outages, the generator kicked in. There was hot water too. The complimentary breakfast was great too. I strongly recommend the grilled potatoes and egg wrap. It was a great stay, as always.

Pros: Very Neat, cossy & comfortable rooms. Tranquil Mews has indeed maintained its standards overtime, nothing looking old, depreciated or worn out & that's what make every guest trust a hotel to come back more often!

Cons: The shower and the water heater in my room 3 was not working properly.

Cons: No free breakfast was provided. Next door users made alot of noise with their TVs
