The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. Never flown with LH before so all in all wasba good experience. Also good to know that approx 24hrs prior the flight opens up for being able to organise the seating free.

Lufthansa fails at mentioning no luggage when booking through points. We had to pay added fees to take checked bags to Europe for 2 weeks. The staff at check in were not helpful at all. told us "if we don't like it, then book another flight". Food was bad, they ran out of half the options. Vegetarian was terrible. The flight crew was nice, and tried to make it work ok.

Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

I hate Ryanair and have decided never to fly with them again, they treat you like animals on the way to slaughter and they never take responsibility for their errors and lousy service.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.

Lost my belongings, Crew fail to follow safety and regulatory requirements in 2nd leg of flight from London Heathrow to Copenhagen.

The check at Accra was very bad . I had to be in the queue for solid two hours simple because your staff were pushing people and lifting the balustrade for them to jump the queue. This situation made us very made with your Accra check in crew. I have video of what I am putting across and I am happy I have the opportunity now.I can send the video to you if you are ready to punish those involved.

Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.

It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

The mobile app for BA could have been better. It did not update real time on gate chnage information at the airport.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
