The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!

We were very impressed with Swiss Air. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a baby behind us that screamed for hours. , It was a nightmare, though I completely understand that it was not Swiss Airs fault.

Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

They should. Heck planes more often not when they are suppose to be leaving causing delays

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

Excellent long haul experience really enjoyed using Dublin pre-immigration

The crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat so I was able to recline while the passenger in front of me did for 8 hours. My knees were forced against the seat for hours :(. Dude sitting next to me hasn't showered in weeks so I almost threw up.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

didn’t even get to go one of my returning flights cancelled and I wasn’t even in their system, vacation ruined thanks for nothing

I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Efficient boarding process. Staff are nice. Food should be better.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

They left us in the bus for 10 minutes in front of the aircraft, without an open door or window: people started to get sicuramente from the geat. The seats are so close to the seat in front that my knees were jammed into the seat, causing me lot of pain even after the flight.

Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class

Some how I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass Food was horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

Entertainment depends on on-board wifi (no seat monitors) but wifi was not functining
