There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment
Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.
Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens
Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.
we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them
Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

Thank you to the cordial crew and good hydration throughout the flight, food was good too. Carry ons usually weight by themselves so it does reduce option for cold weather clothes that are heavy, so carryon weight is tight.
We were very impressed with Swiss Air. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a baby behind us that screamed for hours. , It was a nightmare, though I completely understand that it was not Swiss Airs fault.
Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.
the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.
First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.
Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!
Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.
It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.
Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.
They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags
The The check in process was terrible on both ends. It was not clear if we should use the United, Lufthansa, or Aragrant number. It took over an hour to check in on the front end – and then at return the Lufthansa online check in failed multiple times and only after two calls to their phone number could we accomplish the task. The link to the Kayak site provided no access for check in. This difficulty and ambiguity on both ends will affect our interest in using Kayak for foreign travel in the future.
Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !
delayed flight. poor narrow seats. Lufthansa turned the cross atlantic flight to a second rated flyer. Very slow and sells everything like earbuds with 2 Euros!. no blankets. Attendants consider calling them via top lights "Only in case of emergency" and don't ever responded to my call! Seats are so narrow that I could not be fully accommodated!. If you charge money to do service, you should deliver it. What happened to Lufthansa?
Knowing that there was weather in other areas of the world, united airlines should have planned better than it did. The flight was 5 hours late. United has no regard for its customers
Lufthansa boarding is certainly easier and organized, staff is courteous always. But they can offer better food and definitely better selection of movies onboard. Also, all airlines offer two baggage’s for an international trip except Lufthansa. That needs to be reconsidered. Overall, a good trip. Thanks!
Self check in Kiosk did not recognize that I had prepaid for my luggage. This caused a 40 minute delay even though I had my British Airways email receipt for the prepaid luggage.

It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.
