The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Kudos to Swiss!! My wife and I thought Swiss was like flying years back: good food service, refreshments, friendly and courteous crew! We look forward to another trip to Europe next year, and it will be a priority to hopefully fly Swiss, thank you! We strongly can say from experience - the treatment (food, drink, entertainment) in service for Economy Class is unmatched!!!

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.

Thank you to the cordial crew and good hydration throughout the flight, food was good too. Carry ons usually weight by themselves so it does reduce option for cold weather clothes that are heavy, so carryon weight is tight.

United Airlines flights serviced by Swiss Airlines provide for zero communication with Swiss Airlines almost impossible to contact Swiss airlines to make seat selection, upgrades or changes. I won’t do that again if it can be helped.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible

My incoming flight from Rome to Munich was on time. But part of the deplaning process is that we had to take a bus to the terminal. The layover time was too short so me and other passengers that were going to make the Munich to Diussepdorf plane were stressed. We all ran through the terminal and we got there right on time to find out that our plane to Dusseldorf was 15 mins late.

This was my first time using Lufthansa, from he friendly and courteous crew and great captains this was a great experience.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !

Everything was great except the boarding process is very disorganized (especially for a German company). The pre boarding lounges were average at best. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

TIRED OLD plane. Seat cushion is completely old and NOT cushion at all; after an hour of flying butt hurts. Boarding is a complete disaster. No one respects the boarding groups, and the BA boarding crew care less about boarding groups or Tier status. What is the point of spending all this money on Business Class tickets when no one respects the boarding system? It took 90 minutes since we landed to get our luggage. 20 minutes to show on the screen which belt we are supposed to go to and another 1 hour to get our luggage - not the kind of service you will expect from BA at LHR

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,

the headphone jack was damaged making it impossible to keep a clear sound. while it is beyond the airline's control how many children are on each flight, it becomes very difficult to enjoy the flight when there are 5 or 6 children all crying and screaming at the same time. I know there is no good solution at the industry level, but I think there are good reasons to try to develop some solutions rather than just say it is the luck of the draw. maybe you could show a seating map where children who are booked are a different color, that would allow us to know what to expect and possibly rebook to a different seat or take a different flight. maybe some of the covid-related ideas about redesigning the cabin for more privacy and hygiene could be further developed and tested. on my leg from London to Washington DC, the passenger next to us was coughing consistently for long periods of time. it was obvious she had been ill and knew it before boarding. this leads me to think we should consider additional screening measures because some of the public is no longer acting responsible or ethical in regards to covid and health protocols. just answering questions on a check-in survey does not seem sufficient to convince people to not fly when they are ill and symptomatic.

My flight was late from Rome to London so missed the connection for BA flight to Chicago . Was put up @ hotel & fed . Next morning flight to Chicago was late so missed my connecting flight on SW to Phoenix. Had to rebook for next day on SW @ additional fare of $600 for wife & l . Will miss today’s NFL playoff games while in flight . It’s 5 degrees F in Chicago right now . Thought the food on BA economy was the worst I’ve had on a transatlantic flight . The crew was very nice

Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
