The facilities. It was clean. The food was super good. The breakfast too. I felt very well welcomed.
Even with the doors locked, you can still hearing the noise from the hall or corridor. Which is pertubated my sleep in the middle of the night.
The location of this hotel was perfect for my stay.
Room not clean, staff entering room even when do not disturb on and not helpful when asked for a taxi on checkout.
Great hotel lovely pool great food, I would recommend this property to anyone. Room was spotless big bathroom, pleasure to stay here
Bed sheets were proper. Nice view, gentle staff.
Poor noise isolation, broken electric plug, dust on the drawer shelves room is really small for 2 beds.
Comfortable hotel, out of the centre of town. Quite easy to find. Excellent staff - found us a table for dinner when we hadn't booked and they were full. Excellent dinner.
Staff very friendly
Very strange layout. As you enter the hotel, you have to go down stairs to the reception although there is an elevator. Rooms where ok but could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Over all I wasn't impressed.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The hotel has been left to run down outside of the bar and restaurant. The rooms were in poor condition decoration wise, no rubber strip on the shower screen so the bathroom floor was flooded. The window on the bathroom was sealed shut, there was a smell of drains coming from the sink and just generally tired.
The location, parking, the pool
Very expensive for what it offered, very basic room, poor light in the room and in the bathroom. You could hear everything from outside, in the night you could hear a lot of noise from some pumps. Very old and dirty AC

The receptionist who greeted us at the beginning was lovely.
There was a wedding the night we arrived and we weren’t informed. The bar and restaurant area were closed for the wedding, there was very loud and disruptive music. We have tried to communicate with the hotel but they don’t reply. Booking.com will also not help us with the stay. Wouldn’t recommend. Do not stay here.
