Pros (+) The only good thing about the property were the pools however closing time of the pools at 6pm seemed a bit early considering all Other resorts closed at 7-8

Cons (-) There were a few things we disliked about the property. Whilst some of staff were lovely especially upon check in some staff were rude. One instance we enquired about hospitals near by for our child and the lady was more concerned about helping the person in line behind us than helping us with our inquiry. Pros (+) Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Nice bright property. Excellent cleaning services. Reasonable distance to the beach. Great evening entertainment for kids and adults.

Cons (-) Not secure property, everyone can walk in and walk out without being asked. Staff absolutely joke. In restaurants you need to be very lucky to get someone to order the drinks. Hotel German people orientated , everyone else is is be ignored most of the time. Due to small baby we were asking about a 2h later check-out.. even if we pay for it.. “not a chance” that what we been told . Food is very sal...

Pros (+) Fantastic complex. Great pool and activities, kids loved the games room! Plenty of sun beds. Breakfast great! Staff lovely. Room cleaned every day. Location amazing- 2 mins to beach.

Cons (-) My wife is gluten free and constantly had to ask for gluten free bread- it was always brought out eventually but she didn't like having to ask every time. Maybe have a small GF section at the breakfast buffet?
