Pros (+) Very good and nice shower room, the bed was very comfortable. The decorations are very modern and all the furniture impeccable. Breakfast are perfect with lovely staff always ready to help

Pros (+) All is nice and clean total relax wifi free and pool entrance free cleaning ladies amazing ,hotel close to downtown and 10 min walk to beach and 10 mints from airport best experience ever

Pros (+) Location was good , and cleaning ladies where also very good, bar staff weren't that friendly, felt unprofessional and pool closed to early (10-18h) sometimes felt like the staff didn't like their jobs. Dinners where basically same thing every night and had to pay extra for drinks including water.
Cons (-) Staff should be more friendly and people made to much noise after midnight.

Pros (+) The facilities were amazing - two pools, gym, sauna and cold plunge! The room we stayed in was lovely with good air conditioning also.
Cons (-) We ate lunch once at the hotel and weren’t wowed. That’s the only negative!

Cons (-) There’s a man sleeping in my room when I check in. Terrified when I opened the door. It was midnight and after a long day. The receptionist changed a room for me but said that I can only stay in the new room for 2 nights and have to change room for the consecutive nights. Next day I lost access to my room again. No compensation given, they just say they have provided another room with balcony that...
