Pros (+) The hotel's interior is really unique. The owner seems to be very friendly, just not very experienced yet.

Pros (+) The hotel's interior is really unique. The owner seems to be very friendly, just not very experienced yet.
Cons (-) The location is great once you find it. The street on which the "hotel" resides is blocked on both ends. There is a parking lot very close by, but the hotel provides only their address and put in Google Maps will try to direct you through a REAL MAZE of extremely small streets.
