Good location,...we booked it because we went to the rooftop
AC was not working properly. The room was really hot and if you want to wake up later in the morning you can't because the blackout courtins let the light come in. Towels in the bathroom are old

Rating: 5/5 I recently stayed at the Urban Anaga hotel in Tenerife Santa Cruz, and I must say it's definitely on par with 5-star resorts. Coming from a 5-star resort background, I was impressed with the comfort and exceptional service at Urban Anaga. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant's fusion Japanese cuisine was outstanding. The team worked seamlessly together, providing top-notch service from start to finish. I was in room 607, located right under the roof bar, and despite the potential for noise, I didn't experience any issues with music or other disturbances. I did notice a previous review mentioning noise complaints, but my experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, I'd highly recommend Urban Anaga hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and delicious dining options

Staff friendly. Clean overall, floors bathroom etc. Decent breakfast. Well-located centrally.
Barely slept between the A/C unit hardly making any difference and having to open all the windows and balcony to get air circulation (letting in all the street and club noise). Beds were hard and it felt like sleeping in a sauna. Had to drag the bed beside the window. Not worth the price and definitely not 4 star.
