Pros (+) Reception, the rooms, lights and bathroom. Comfy beds. Lovely fixtures and fittings.

Cons (-) Reception staff on arrival- not a smile amongst them. Make up room digital wall thing far to bright and disturbed my sleep. Coffee etc not being replenished. I asked for a double bed but got two singles pushed together - which easily came apart. Bar and pool staff not very attentive.

Pros (+) Very very nice. Big comfortable bed with lots of pillows of all different sizes. Very large screen TV. Lovely pool area with super friendly staff and a little bar. Had a salmon wrap and some coffees. Delicious. Excellent location next to the big beautiful park I would highly recommend walking through

Pros (+) The location was excellent and most staff were very good. The Cafe bar was also very good and not unreasonably priced.

Cons (-) The room and landings all looked a little tired. It was very expensive for what it was, but probably due to it being the weekend of the Ed Sheeran concert. There are much nicer hotels in the immediate vicinity.

Pros (+) Very good location. Close to the beautiful Garcia Sanabria park and other key points. Buffet breakfast had great variety of foods and it was tasty. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rosemary, our room cleaning lady was outstanding!!!

Cons (-) Smaller rooms than other hotels in the area.
