Location was exceptional. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar
It was expensive when we booked it. Small size of room was little uncomfortable with 2 big suitcases. Massage was very disappointing...

Terrible experience – definitely not a 5-star hotel! When we arrived, the hotel tried to charge us more than the price shown on Booking. While we were standing there, they even changed the price online to make it look higher! Luckily, we took a screenshot. We were too tired to change hotels, so we stayed — big mistake. The room smelled awful, the window couldn’t be opened, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. They gave us a disabled-access room without asking, and never followed up when we asked for another one. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the service was poor. This place is nowhere near 5-star quality. Would never stay here again!
