The room service did not enter to clean my room for three days, although I asked them to clean the room, and on the days the room is cleaned when the person leaves. And my privacy was broken into twice, and the door was opened to me with prior permission, and I was with my wife, and I went to the manager's interview more than once, and they were saying not here, I don't know why this evasion
Very spacious room, central location, very good value for money for Norway
On last day maid took dirty towels and forgot to leave clean ones which I didn't realise until I got out of the shower naked at about midnight!
I've stayed there several times, and it's always the same problem. The rooms are far too warm. How are you supposed to sleep in a room that is 25 centigrades (in summer 30)? The corridores are nice and cool, but not the rooms.
Location close to my son’s apartment
The location is good, close to the harbour and tourist area.
Staff could be more helpful and happy. They are 60% but can go to 90% easy. Bathrooms were out of hand wash and body wash. Have to go to the front counter to get them replinshed. Tvs are not smart TVs. No app, no netflix, youtube at all. Just watch the live TV in Norwegian.

Amazing breakfast - exceeded all expectations for choice and freshness and availability; also well staffed with friendly staff. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere since the hotel seemed pretty central. Appreciated being given a fan for the room on an upper floor since it was warm and there was no air conditioning. Very happy to have a handheld shower head.
No washcloths in addition to the hand and bath towels. Some hotels in Norway, even Scandic hotels, include washcloths, but Scandic Neptun did not. The room was warm, so we had to open the windows, but then the street noise was terrible at night. The open shower stall made the bathroom a mess when we showered. Other Bergen hotels we stayed at had showers that were completely enclosed.
