Cons (-) The beds were uncomfortable, and the pool time was to late to enter of the morning would have liked an 830 opening time as 10am was too late for us

Pros (+) Convenient private parking, always able to find a parking space, even when returning late. Good location, city center is a 15-minute walk away, there are cozy taverns nearby for meals. The bathroom is clean and quite comfortable. Cozy balcony for sitting and drying beach clothes. Quite comfortable beds. Overall, pretty good value for money.
Cons (-) The main thing that spoiled the overall good impression was the noise every night, which prevented us from good sleeping. The soundproofing was very poor - we could hear even someone opening a bottle on the floor below. Maybe it was a coincidence, but there were noisy neighbors.
