Cons (-) Customer experience is not the priority - staff is not trainee to be polite or to solve problems, many facilities are old and not decent for example gym. Food was not good. Price and star rating is very high compared to the experience offered.

Pros (+) The location is wonderful, the beach is amazing with a lot of natural shades due to many palm-trees, which are not too tall, therefore provide enough shade throughout the whole beach.
