The staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly that made our stay very special and magical. I don't want to leave anyone out but the team they know who they are were happy and always had a smile on their face. Thank you 😊
The only downside was the pool where the steps were broken and the pool did not look like it had been cleared. But I am sure that this will be dealt with and there definitely would be a change next time we visit.
The room was big, the room service, along with the staff, were helpful, friendly and surprisingly fast.
The shower had low pressure, I don't know if it was a problem in my room or if it was in the whole hotel, but the water pressure, specifically in the shower, was very weak.

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.

Took very long to check in and this is the first Melia I’ve stayed in where they charge for WATER!! Completely unacceptable that they don’t even put 2 bottles in the room.
Excellent breakfast and love the free-pass to the good commercial gym in the same compound.

Location
Front desk doesn’t have costumer service. We approach the front desk and they said only English, but they didn’t speak neither understand. This place is only for Portuguese Brazilian speaking.

Poor service for what they call “executive level”. Renovated room but partially. Old doors. Lack of soap (we had to buy our owns), extremely noisy room.
