The appartment was on the fifth floor and we didn't see too many other guests which made our stay very comfortable. There is a shared pool. The apartment was perfect, especially for the price, the staff was friendly and I would definitely come back.
The dishes were not cleaned properly.

The staff was excellent, very kind and attentive. The location is great for exploring Puerto de la Cruz and the island. The views from the rooms are beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with little street noise. There is also an indoor pool, which we didn’t use, but looked nice.
The rooms could have been cleaner upon arrival, and the kitchen utensils are quite basic. The beds are not very comfortable, and there is no air conditioning or fan, so nights can be warm. The bathtub had a disgusting green substance stuck to it… whatever it was, it looked really nasty and made the bathroom feel unclean.
