However, we were given a noisy room on the first floor with a tree blocking the view, even though we had requested a calm, high-floor room when booking. Pros (+) Excellent breakfast (great selection), as well as lunch. Pool area was bright, sizeable, clean and there were enough lounge chairs. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Restaurants were nearby. If I return to Heraklion, will absolutely stay here.
