Great experience, loved the facilities, loved the apartment, customer support was great overall had a great experience with blue mountain
Its not something i didnt like, just a suggestion for team that it would be good if you add like cleaning things in the apartment like mobs or brush or something to clean the apartment because i like leaving things clean and everything so its just a suggestion thank you

Spacious, clean and good location. Easy parking.
On previous stay there was a washing machine on the hallway with a tumble dryer. Now they are not there anymore and they where really handy as for a 10-14 days you definitely need to wash some clothes or if you with kids aswell.
Liked the good space in the apartment.
Stayed for a week,only had two towels all the time even if we asked for new.

Thumping bass from the gym downstairs at 7am on some mornings . Kitchenette layout not ideal. Lack of shelves in the bathroom.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and warm, with all the necessary kitchen facilities. The location is great, and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.
Comfortable apartment with panoramic views
Beautifuj view, very clean, great contact to the service hotline with fast reaction. Apartment well equipped, parking spaces directly in front of the building. Electronic access code without key.
