The staff are amazing. Friendly, kind and helpful. Beautiful garden.
No luggage rack or bench to open suitcase on- not hygienic using the bed for dirty suitcases. Bigger bedside tables maybe!!

Great location, near tram and bus to the airport and museums. The hotel and room were very nice and spacious.
We stayed during a heatwave and the room doesn’t have air conditioning, only a fan. It was quite hot during the night which affected the quality of sleep. Considering the price of the room I would also expect a mini fridge to store cold beverages. Also, I would recommend some type of ventilation in the bathroom to prevent excessive fogging from the shower.

Location
Our room had an open concept with sink and shower, so we had to bother one of us during night when we use shower and washing hands after toilet.
