Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice pool bar, gym and restaurant. Awesome view from the 31st floor.
The only things missing for a perfect score were the inconvenient light switches and the lack of proper power plugs and usb plugs (I carry a lot of electronics). Otherwise very much recommended!

The door staff were good, the facilities were great with equipment from techno gym, actual weight plates (not calibrated but still good) and a nice pool. The spa centre and restaurants are great too.
I paid extra for an upgraded room (Room 2106) and have an official invoice confirming it, but the hotel refused to honor it and tried to force me into a lower room (1906) unless I waited 2 hours. Staff repeatedly told me “1906 is the same room” and even said “the receipt means nothing.” The Guest Service Manager smirked, talked over me, ignored me mid-sentence, and took a phone call while I was speaking. I was visibly stressed and frustrated from the misconduct and humiliation, and staff were laughing and making faces at me and my partner. Check-in was over 90 minutes late, my luggage was left downstairs, we lost our paid lounge access, and the delay ruined our prepaid Mahanakhon SkyWalk experience (we had to rush, couldn’t enjoy the meal or SkyVerse, and the rooftop closed due to lightning by the time we finally arrived). This was the worst treatment I have ever experienced in any hotel — rude, dishonest, and humiliating.
