I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.

Excellent flight from boarding to landing. Plane crew was informative, warm & attentive.

Left Atlanta on delta plane, started our descent into Panama City and then the plan turns around and the CAPT came over the intercom and said that there was a wheel alarm and we had to fly back to Atlanta airport because they had services. The pictures are of the emergency vehicles circling us and escorting us to the gate in Atlanta. Turns out right wheel had damage. We had to wait for another plane fly in from Louisiana before we could bird again. And boarding was an experience, we had to be manually verified because the passes and computer system had us marked as departed.

Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

We flew early evening on New Year's Eve. Our plane was less than half full... Great for the passenger experience -- not so much for the airline lol. Comfortable, spacious, smooth flight -- and early arrival!

were we seat it was freezing cold we even got sick. We asked the flight attending why it was so cold and she said she will take care of it and it got worse.

Flight was great. DELTA did a fantastic job! FLL airport was chaotic!

I like the non stop flight to Lagos. The cabin crew were great, the food was alright and the ride was smooth. The downside is there wasn’t wifi connection from Lagos to Washington as stated. The 11hrs flight, became boring at times because of no wifi.

Meals were adequate but could be better. Lots of movies, podcasts, tv shows. We really enjoyed using our personal headsets highly recommended. 15 hrs flight great to travel at night.

Nice flight, nice crew but no cookie or napkin with my seltzer.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

The customer service was excellent! Check-in, baggage check-in, boarding, the flight went very smooth.

Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.

Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Too bad that first class seats do not recline significantly causing discomfort

Re-checking our bags, the workers were not able to help us with boarding passes for the flight, told us to wait, then ignored us while they helped many other passengers. Until I got rude, they would have left us standing there, and even then they were very curt and dismissive in telling us where to get boarding passes printed. We made it to the gate just as they were starting to board passengers. It was just rude customer service.

Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!

The male steward shoved me hard when i sleeping on the isle, woke me up the only way incan descripe it was Violently. I wanted to cause a scene but was able to putnmy anger innch check, i want complain to AA

The arriving flight was a few minutes late, but the gate crew helped to deplane and board our outgoing flight quickly and efficiently. We were able to depart quickly and arrive at ORD almost at the posted time. Great job.

Need more agents to expedite check in process. Selection of movies needs to be updated to more current releases. Meal options did not reflect the route of flight; there should not be products made in the UK (bagged potato chips and mini cheese cakes) served on flights from ZRH to PHL. Business class napkins are made in China (why not USA???!!!). American Airlines should have a customer service representative greet flight in PHL. Overall, the hospitality provided on board was basic and not "above and beyond", especially for business class travelers.

1st flight was delayed because of broken radio, missed connection but they got us on very next plane 1 hr later. Return flights were both delayed by 1 hr each. Crews were fine. Planes ok, but had to check carry ons.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

good service from crew. Before the would have an option between cookies or nuts as snacks.. Now, there are only cookies. too bad. People who can not have sugar don't have a choice.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

My connection arrived and this flight left early. My seat was reassigned, and the row didn’t have a window so I wasn’t able to see the Rockies, which I was disappointed. The flight staff was efficient.

I really didn't flight from Toronto to Sydney Because my flight was cancelled for the snow But you guys help me lot and put me in the flight from Toronto to Halifax I give you at 10/10 because was really good Just I had to drive 4 hours to be home

Both flights were good however , zero entertainment on YYZ to RSW flight. Helps to have some distraction on flights over 2 hours.

The first leg of my flight from Toronto to London Heathrow was horrible. The seats in Economy are so tightly jammed together that any average height person is so uncomfortable. Going to the bathroom as well from the window seat was also a challenge as you need to disturb so many people to move out! The second leg to Vienna was delayed over 2 hours due to weather in Vienna but the LHR airport is so large that they don’t post the gate until 40 mins before the flight. So I had to run to the opposite end of the airport (zone B) to the furthest zone A gate. Took over 15 mins!!

Crew is always great leg room is always an issue

Complimentary snacks or meals should be offered on a flight more than 3 hours long. Air Canada is not a low-cost airline. The choice and availability of food on the in-flight bistro was limited and pricey. The in-flight entertainment system was not very good and no complimentary headsets were available. The in-flight maps did not work.

Got delayed for almost 3 hours . Boarder then deplaned coz of some mechanical issue.

I did not like the portions for the complimentary refreshments; shared cans of drinks for multiple passengers.

Nothing bad to say.. We landed 🛬 safely.. That’s the most important thing….

One cabin crew member was outstanding. The rest were typical Air Canada crew... somewhat friendly, but otherwise matter-of-fact and sometimes grumpy. 3 hour delay with no explanation. The chicken dish they served was horrible - no flavour, poor texture, and the couscous accompaniment tasted terrible. Finally, the worst was the seating. We were near the back of a 777ER (row 54), in a 3-4-3 configuration. Unsurprisingly, the seat was narrow and, as typical with Air Canada, the seat pitch reminded my of a Spirit airlines aircraft. Unfortunately this was a 8+ hour flight. Very few people around us were able to sleep due to the uncomfortable and cramped seating.
