The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.

The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom

At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks

Surprisingly easy! I was hesitant to try this, but the cost swayed me. I actually felt like I had less stress than all the taxiing and possible delays that occur with short regional flights where you spend less time in the air than getting to and from the plane..

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Very nice staff , good in-flight entertainment and food/snacks. Our luggage didn’t make it on the way there, but picking up luggage at the airport was a straightforward process.

Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.

Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.

Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.

Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.

All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.

Delayed for maintenance issue?? Should have been addressed before boarding. Put my bag on an earlier flight, but didn’t ask if I wanted to change to an earlier flight. Arrived to find my bag locked up and no agent to be found when I landed.

I liked the early check in. Flight was a bit bumpy due yo weather. Overall, everything went well.

You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.

Crowded plane but it flew on time and had friendly staff

For me was not enough water. + 200 ml would be perfect… Generally it was good.

Both flights to and from Phoenix were delayed 2 hours each direction. Unacceptable. Disappointed with Air Canada I was given a food voucher fror trip to Phoenix but nothing on return. Both baggage claims took 2 hours to collect baggage

As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.

I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.

No food provided and the tickets are expensive. At least provide a snack, it is a 4.5 hr flights for 600 dollars. Snack would be welcomed.

my flight was a very good experience until i mossed my connecting flight and the money from my luggage was stolen and i want this resolved coz i need my 400 cad with my other currency collections back.

I like air Canada. Very efficient… all on time and staff v good and engaging. If I have a criticism it’s that despite being provided with a gluten free meal (which was fine), there were none of the snacks that other passengers received (or a gluten free version) meaning that I was really very hungry but the something else was provided (after a 6-7 hour wait). I’m sure they could be a little more creative.

Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

Made us check our car seat that could have been used on the 11 hour connecting flight, we explained we wanted to use it and they said we could. When we arrived at our connecting flight the car seat was at the bottom of the plane. This made our flight home 11+ hours pretty hard at times with our toddler. We wished we had our car seat which he had rode on the flight there earlier in the week. The air dolomiti staff were mixed- some were so nice while others (one in particular in Genoa) seemed bothered to be assisting us.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

to be bussed around the airport, then have to sit on the plane for an hour whilst the plane was deiced not once, but twice, then to have to wait for a tug driver is unacceptable. The Captain was very good at communicating.

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

I didn't like much about this flight. Almost no entertainment choices...and not available what was listed. Food not good.

For preselected vegetarian meals, they provided vegan meals which were inedible for kids. The attendant was very rude and said they had no vegetarian options and that 8 days prior flight is not enough time to make changes to selections. Absolutely rude staff

This flight was cancelled at the last minute. We were rebooked on another flight but a day later. We lost a day of our vacation and paid for a night in a hotel we couldn’t use. The flights we were rebooked on (both American) messed up our seating on both flights-we didn’t get the seats we had paid for. All in all, a terrible experience.

Great little city hopper plane. Unfussy and roomy. Nice little snack provided too

It was good but it got bad when they cancelled my flight to rochester and couldn’t get me in any flight even for the next day they said i will be a standby.

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time
